I went to get a clasp on a gold necklace rebuilt for my father in law. It was a necklace given to him by him mother who had passed. I was given a quote. They took the necklace. I wouldn't call it the friendliest service but it was service. Everything was fine. That is until I asked for the 1865 $20 gold piece back. The gold piece has been valued… at over $2000. I must have offended the man because he then told me that if we were that worried about the piece that we should take it elsewhere! So, I did! One shady statement like that is enough for me!!

Recently had watch serviced here. It was done within 10 min and to my surprise, they even adjusted the date and time! Very friendly and helpful staff. My mother has always told me they were the best around and has been in business for many years, I can see why now!
