The Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home has a proud heritage of serving the Upper Perkiomen Valley for over 100 years. The original funeral home, once located on Main Street in East Greenville, was founded in the late 1800's by William Dimmig. In 1961 Samuel & Mildred Mann purchased the original funeral home from Owen S. & Jane Hoffman, the first husband and wife team of licensed funeral directors in the area.

At the age of six, Taylor Fluharty-Braxton moved to the Upper Perkiomen Valley. Upon graduating from Upper Perkiomen High School in 2009, she went on to attend Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA where she graduated in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science degree. Inspired by a class titled "Death, Dying, & Grief, " Taylor decided to complete a degree in Mortuary Science at Northampton Community College.

Our family was beyond pleased with the service from Taylor at Mann Slonaker! You can tell how much she really cares about the family and that their loved one gets the proper funeral. She helped us pick a beautiful flower wreath and arrangements to surround my grandfathers urn. I cannot recommend her enough!

First there was Taylor who met with my mom along with her three daughters in the last few days of life. She was professional and compassionate, kind, and caring. Then when Steve and Dan came to remove my mother from her home the care they exhibited honored the body of my mother, who brought 7 souls into the world. They exhibited such reverence. Finally upon delivery of my mother's ashes they went the extra mile. Everything about the Mann-Slonaker team demonstrated the best in the industry. Thank you.
