Please contact Rachel for any credit card transactions at 209-658-5066 during normal business hours. Monday through Friday. This fee is charged for a return visit to check the property for repairs that were made by a contractor as a result of the first inspection performed. GWI Inspectors use the summary of the original report as a reference for repairs.
Please include the address to be inspected in the message box and if the property is occupied or vacant. Also if you are working with a Real Estate Agent it helps us expedite the order if we have their contact information. Please add the following information: Year built, Square footage, raised or slab foundation, how many bedrooms and bathrooms.

Noel was the inspector for our new house.
He was very professional and quick but thorough. He went over the major points with us before he left. The report took a while but the inspection was done on a Friday morning before Memorial Day weekend so that's understandable.
The report was fabulous with color pictures and detailed descriptions not only of problems but solutions.

Jim Metcalf and his associate did an inspection of a home we planned to purchase in Mariposa, CA. Their work was very impressive--they examined every system (electrical, plumbing, roofing and siding, air conditioning and heating, etc.) They spent several hours and their work gave us complete confidence that we knew what we were getting into with the purchase of the house. The resulting written inspection report was also thorough with pictures to show every detail, making it clear what repairs needed to be made. We can highly recommend them.
