Minnehan Metal Works is a small, family-operated business in North Central Iowa. The owner, Anthony Minnehan, grew up in Churdan. Three family members work for the business along with our valued employees. All five of the Minnehan children worked at the business in high school and during college. In 1993, we began our business as a welding and farm repair shop.
After a few years, we began building components and modifying trucks for larger companies in Iowa. Ag and commercial clients come to us with a need or problem and we design and build products to fill that need. Anthony has designed custom portable grain pits, tile stringing trailers, utility trailers, construction and dump trailers, combine cable tow kits, grader/scrapers, shooting ranges, heavy duty lawn furniture, and everything in between.

Services
In 2014, we had a very wet fall and I could see we were going to have problems with the combine getting stuck. I went to Minnehan Metal Works and asked Anthony if he could develop a product to replace the chains the implement dealer recommended. The system he developed makes it easy to hook on and pull.
