Jessi was great to work with. She was able to provide a quick quote and was very knowledgable and open about the exact type of coverage I needed. We have been using Safeguard Insurance since we purchased our first home back in 2011, and we are very satisfied. Amy responds to any requests within minutes, and always helps explain everything to me so that I can understand it. We had a water claim a few years back, and Safeguard handled it all very quickly. We have a few different types of policies, and Amy always shops it to make sure we are getting the best pricing possible. I had a need for complex commercial insurance and I was having a difficult time finding someone to understand our model and then translate that to the insurers. Well, I called American Best and asked for the best person they have for commercial insurance and they transferred me to Nick Patterson. Huge blessing !
