They do not answer phones. They do not return voice messages. They simply do not get back to you. I finally ended up stopping by their office and they were closed as of a Tuesday at around 11am even though their door sign said they were supposed to be open. I tried calling again they did not answer. Again.
Avoid at all cost. They are terrible. You'll end up *very* frustrated. I don't understand how they are still in business.

To start out, you're lucky if you can talk to an actual human when you call. It usually goes to voicemail and you don't hear back from them for about a week- very frustrating. Once I was finally able to talk to someone I scheduled an appointment. An hour before my appointment they call and leave a voicemail telling me the tech had to leave so I have to reschedule. Again, frustrating but I called back to reschedule. No answer. Left a message and didn't hear back. After about a week of waiting for a call, I then called everyday for about 5 days until someone finally answered the phone

Owner named Debbie & her daughter Allison are super super rude and dominating. Debbie literally shouted on me just because i asked her the price of the service. They abuse the customer for no good reason. Being a customer we are paying them for the service that we will avail and they are not doing any charity so why and how they can shout on us. They never answer your call. So unprofessional. A big NO to this place.

UPDATE: This medical spa is running great now, during covid. The manager reached out to me personally to fix the earlier problem I had. They took care of it. Whenever I go in, they take care of minor issues like pain, timing, etc. They don't make a big deal anymore about little things. They find a way to make it work. They answer the phone and call you back now! 5 stars.

I usually get laser treatments here but I recently purchased a Trusculpt package as a suggestion in lieu of Kybella. I got a package deal with some laser but it cost about $1,000 for 3 sessions of Trusculpt for my neck and a full Brazilian laser package. The sessions are a bit uncomfortable, but the staff does a great job at making them the least uncomfortable they possibly can be. And the results are definitely worth it. I lost 1.5 inches in my neck before the swelling from the last treatment went down. I'm not longer uncomfortable about my double chin in photos and I'm super happy with

I had tried laser hair removal before in another city and been very disappointed in the results; nonetheless, I decided to try a few more treatments with Allison and her staff after getting good results on a few test patches with Sugar Spa's laser. I couldn't be happier with the results or with the people at Sugar Medical Spa. The technology that they use works amazingly well (there was very noticeable reduction of hair growth on my legs even after the first treatment),the staff is really knowledgeable about skin types, techniques and equipment, and the office is constantly exploring

Once again, this place is such a joke. Very slow, very unprofessional. As I read other reviews on this place one caught my eye. Allison (owner) is so icky sweet as long as you are paying her money. However, have an issue with something that happens in the spa and she turns on you just that quick. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money here.

I am still going, and having a blast. I now entertain the hydrafacial mostly and wanted to let you know that my skin is still Incredibly smooth on my neck. Zero growth, and zero shaving!! As I said prior, I have been dealing with this me entire life and I can now finally live that sort of my life stress free knowing my skin is flawless down there. Alison still runs most of the show and is really really kind. They also do pedicures and more which is kind of hard to know, so give it a shot!
Additionally, they GUARANTEE their work.... for an entire year POST last treatment. That

I have been a client at Sugar for some time. I bought a discounted package of Brazilian and under arms - buy six, get one 'free.' That package came to an end earlier this year, and the tech offered me a smoking deal on adding the two-year guarantee for both areas for around $180. I made the purchase a few months ago. After leaving three VM messages to schedule my next appointment, I called again today and spoke with Debbie, who said she was the owner. Worst experience ever. I had to visit them for five times to figure out that their laser don’t burn my hairs. They are dark, so there was no excusion. I also had several laser treatments in the past with my doctor and I got good results in every session. I moved in Reno so I wanted to continue the treatment here. A year after I had paid for full legs and upper lip we changed the area to arms so that their laser might work, since there is no way to get your money back even if it’s their fault. And the result? They burnt me both in my arms and also I’m my upper lip, so I had to go to my doctor

Like most places, there is pros and cons.
The pros are that they were all professional, nice people. And the woman I had for my wax did a decent job, but I've had better experiences elsewhere. I found my waxing services on Groupon therefore it was cheaper, and you get what you pay for. The were very clean, polite, and treat the customers well.
The cons are not deal breakers, but I would probably prefer to have my waxing services done somewhere that has different techniques. They still use the strips which is pretty outdated and more painful than the method used by other waxing businesses

I am going to this place for laser hair removal for about a year now. I love it here because staffs are friendly and nice and the place are clean and organized. I've got good results so far and never had problems with my treatments and so far I can tell you something for sure: that you get a reasonable price with quality treatments here but I feel like I have to clarify some stuff:

I arrived on time for my 9:00am appointment and they weren't open yet. I waited until 9:10am for someone to arrive. Then when I walked in, I sat down and the nail tech kind of avoided me and said she needed to set up. I told her my name and they said they didn't have my appointment.
A nice young lady said not to worry and that is was their fault and they would get me started. Now 9:30am however.

The Good- The nail tech was attentive and equipment is sterilized. And the salon is beautifully decorated.
The Bad- The nail tech was was freshly graduated and wasn't sure on the salons process. I was apprehensive and should have canceled, however ...
The ugly- three painful hangnails and counting. I never get hangnails at all. I called the salon for advice and all the was offered was: come in or fix it myself and next time tell the nail tech go easy.
No thank you it's not my job to train the nail tech, especially since I've never experienced this issue previously. Thankfully
