Dr. Trent Thalman, DDS, MSD was raised in Richfield, Utah. He attended dental school at Indiana University, where he graduated with highest distinction. Dr. Thalman continued his education at Saint Louis University, where he received his master's degree and specialized in orthodontics. Throughout his dental education, Dr. Thalman volunteered providing care to children and the disabled.
He also conducted original cancer research that was presented at the International Association for Dental Research meeting. Dr. Thalman is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, the American Dental Association, and the Utah Dental Association. Dr. Thalman and his wife Debbie are the proud parents of five girls and two boys.

They lie, they told me that if I had insurance which I do that we could get my braces off. When we went there they told us that we have to be approved by the insurance. Witch also if we don’t we have to pay 800$. Witch to mention. My braces do not have wire bands and some are missing. Next time tell the process. And I’m pretty sure they are close to coming off you shouldn’t have to pay 800$for it. Won’t ever come here again. They have cheaper places that I know. I rather take them off myself.

Love Dr. Thalman! He's great but his lady who does the billing keeps sending me letter stating that she is sending me to collections for payment of the removal of my braces and I still have them on! She also told me in April I could pay half of the removal before they were taken off and now it has to be paid in full before they will take them off. It's really irritating when they blame it on not trusting me. I have been making my payments.
