I find Sonitrol Security Systems to be a Professional and knowledgeable Security Company. The technician support has been extremely helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with the service either on the phone, by email or on site. Their equipment has never been an issue. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to work with a Professional Security Systems Company.

I serve as the leasing director of an apartment complex who has unfortunately and regrettably spent thousands of dollars with this company for security cameras. The cameras go out multiple times per week, do not offer the coverage or quality that was promised, and there is never anyone within the company who is willing to help resolve these issues. We would not recommend that anyone uses this company for their security needs. We are beyond disappointed and feel robbed. Beware of Sonitrol Security they are a total rip off.
