Harper fencing not only had horrible communication but did and absolutely horrid job installing our fence. The panels are separating, it’s not bolted correctly to the retaining wall, cement from posts are coming out of the ground. The gates don’t line up correctly. They argued and spoke vulgarly to each other during the install. I am all for supporting local business but if you want to install a fence, I recommend anyone but Harper fencing. If I could have given them a 0 rating, I would.

Harper's Fencing installed my fence a few years ago. I live on a hill and wanted partial privacy wood fence, and partial chain link fence. I wanted a nice space to keep my dogs safe and contained. Leo camp out and gave an estimate. We discussed options for portions of my yard, gate locations, and addressed all concerns. His team came in and installed the fences and I couldn't be happier. A few years have passed now and it still looks and works great.

The quality of the finished job was sloppy, unprofessional and just horrible. After he tried to give me a poor excuse for his lack of quality, he sent out a subcontractor to redo and correct the work HE did. While the end result was satisfactory, it was not a quality job. My son cut his hand on the top of the fence because there are MANY sharp edges left unattended. They also left a lot of scrap metal inside my yard (my puppy found
