The guys at Ace Asphalt Paving were totally top-notch. Not only did they quote a great price, but they finished much quicker than expected, which I appreciate! The pavement of your parking lot or driveway is one of the first thing people see. Having a parking lot or driveway paved with asphalt not only looks beautiful, but is a strong and durable solution-all for a much lower price than most other paving materials.
Although smooth asphalt provides an ideal surface for walking and driving, damaged asphalt can be dangerous for pedestrians and drivers. Imagine a car unexpectedly swerving to avoid a large crack or a customer turning his ankle in a pothole. Unfortunately, if your property is not maintained, you can be liable for someone's injuries.

Gus Lazrovich and crew were professional in this family business...a hard-working crew against the odds of weather and short days. They coordinated the demolition and reconstruction of two separate residence driveways and a shared driveway with efficiency and good planning. They went the extra mile in dealing with quirks, problem solving with ease.
