Made an appointment here only because this clinic is in my workers compensation network. The San Mateo office is a satellite office of the main San Francisco office and its clear they do NOT have their act together at all between the offices. The scheduling clerk made my appointment 4 days before and failed to notify me that the chiropractor was not in on the day of my appointment. I understand schedules change but failing to notify a scheduled patient is inexcusable! I took time off work to make this appointment and was naturally furious with such incompetence. I have decided to go elsewhere.
