Shortly after graduation I completed an intensive massage therapy program and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2001. Following my passion for holistic wellness, I also pursued an herbal apprenticeship through Rosemary Gladstar's Science and Art of Herbalism Program. I have gained so much wisdom throughout my own healing journey and am passionate about providing people with compassionate care.
I combine my knowledge of various integrative therapy techniques in order to assist people in achieving health and healing. My wife and I have really enjoyed the CBD massage from Lauren. We are both commercial fishing people and can get very tired and sore muscles. Lauren provides a peaceful and comfortable healing environment for us. We highly recommend her as a massage therapist. Very professional atmosphere as well.
