I was pleased with the attentive service. In particular....that you took the time to review the policy details and discuss it.
I was looking for more than the bottom line price..I wanted a relationship that would take care of my needs while providing professional and courteous service for me and my family. I found that at Horan.

The great people at Horan Companies are working tirelessly on exploring the best insurance options for customers. Once they found a new auto-insurance policy for me with essentially the same coverage but less than half the old premium. The agents and the staff are kind, responsive, and very professional, too.

I have chosen to use Horan Companies for my insurance needs because they are local, responsive, and very knowledgeable. They have done a great job of consistently finding the lowest rates for me while still maintaining good coverage. When I have encountered issues they are very helpful and good at communicating quickly and effectively back and forth until the situation is resolved.
