The house we were renting while building our new house was for sale and Judy Hobbs had a showing for it. The appointment was at 1 pm. She came at 11 am while weren't home. Let herself and her client in and then proceeded to put my two dogs outside. Luckily all the gates were closed and my dogs are very friendly or else they could have ran off and gotten hurt or bit one of the people that came inside. When I came home to find that she had been through the house and done this I called her and asked why she was early. She said she "had forgotten what time the appointment was at" if

I can't say enough good things about Todd Davis and Realty Quest. He was pleasant, personable, very easy to communicate with yet very professional as well. He listened to us when we talked about our vision of things. He worked with us trying to find a good offer for our home as well as help us look for a home that would be a perfect fit. We ended up not selling, we decided we weren't ready yet, but I can say without hesitation that if we decide to sell some day in the future, we will be right back with Todd. He's simply the best.
