I cannot say enough about how amazing it was working with Mr Kinney. I originally came to him for a replacement of a bad power supply but my motherboard was going bad also. He was able to diagnose the issues and recommend the best course of action. I asked him if while he was at it he could replace the processor and ram as well. This was not a problem and, no additional charge except for price of parts. He was amazingly knowledgeable and responsive, sending multiple pictures of different parts and his expert recommendations.

The hard drive on my Toshiba laptop crashed. I mailed my laptop to Josh Kinney and he had it reimaged the day after he received it. Josh was very helpful in educating me on what version of MS Windows to use on my laptop. Being 10 years old my laptop came with Windows 7. He explained the pros and cons of reimaging with Windows 7 and upgrading to Windows 10 versus just installing Windows 10 to start with, so I elected to pay a little more and just have Windows 10 installed. Josh Fixed my iPhone when other cell phone place said it was junk and not fixable and so researched because I believed it could be fixed. I didn’t want to give up. I took an XBOX to be repaired and Josh was very thorough and quick. He made the drop off and pick up convenient and the repair time was right within the timeline he had stated.
