One thing is for sure, this greedy company has impeccable timing when it comes to royally screwing over its tenants. The bought Huntington Manor before the pandemic and didn't waste one minute before raising rents on everyone during it. Not once but TWICE. Then, just like clockwork, decided to rebuild the complex after some foundation problems arose resulting in giving all tenants a 60 day notice to vacate right before Christmas.

I have been with Remm for almost 3 years, residing in Spring Tree. The first year or so was great, the manager Ken took very good care of the property and his residents. When Ken left, the shenanigans began, we're now on our third manager and the complex has gone downhill. The parking sucks, we have permit parking and should only have one covered parking and one in designated marked areas. We have residents that rotate 3-4 cars so other residents are forced to park on the streets and have people who drag race in the main street hit and run. Partial repairs complete. Received a notice today with a significant increase in rent, should we renew our lease another year. Seems like retaliation for voicing our concerns. Might stay, might now. Either way, BEWARE OF THE REMM GROUP. They are unprofessional(Natalie) and negligent when it comes to completing work orders or even responding to inquiries. Unless you owe them money, then they're on you like a hawk. I've never dealt with such a POOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY/owner.

Horrible place, horrible company. Nothing gets done. Their word turn out to be just another way to rip you off. Don't move to the property on North Long Beach unless you wanna live with roaches, trash in the halls and people parking in your assigned spot.

They are very helpful and understanding, I had an issue with the people upstairs with excessive noise and the management at Remm were very helpful and professional and came up with a solution to the problem

We've been PAYING FULL PRICE to live in The Roy. During all of COVID-19 shutdown, the Remm Group has made no goodwill statement or action resulting in them having some skin in the game. All on-site amenities have been closed for months and they haven't reduced rent, offered us gift cards, or any other gesture that shows they care and are taking action to help us.
Legally do they have to do anything, no, I don't believe so. Would it be the right/kind thing to offer your tenants something that are paying FULL PRICE? Yes, I think so.

Cashe Honorable . Yes that's her name and she's the business manager for their company! Hands on, attentive even remembered about one of my family members that's seriously I'll! Biggest scam in the game!! Do not rent from any building that works with the Remm group . They are the hardest people to get ahold of ! I lived at the Madison Newport apartments and had nothiNg but problems there !
-10,000 of damage from my garage being flooded !
They wouldn't fix it because they said it wasn't a priority! Well I'm sorry ! 10,000 of damage that I have an insurance blame on? Well they need you to fix it so I can get the claim going, and I'm sorry this isn't a priority for you but I just can't let you ruin anymore of my possessions anymore !

I live at the Roy. I'm locked out of my apartment and no one is available to help me. I reached out this morning to warn management and no response. Also - the charge point chargers in parking lot don't work.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a management company. I have lived in my current complex (IMPERIAL APARTMENTS) for 6 months, the prior management company was in control of our complex for 3 months in which we had NO issues. The complex was kept up nicely and any concerns were addressed in a timely manner and professionally. My first experience with REMM was our water being shut off for 13 hours with no notice other than a hand-written note posted on ONE wall of the complex that you would need to actually know about to find. This mgmt company is bottom of the barrel. Their repairs and fixtures are half assed. Have to put pressure on mgmt to get anything done. Saw a review where mgmt used coersion and theft to try to intimidate the resident. Washers and dryers were replaced from coin operated to card system without notifying residents, we are locked out of clubhouse on… every sunday, despite being told we could utilize the facility any time we want. They put out a calendar that says clubhouse is open 9 to 6 on sundays, but it is locked up tight. Events are planned by same group...never ask for input or say want
