I can’t believe how a simple call can turn into a great day! Peter called me from this office and handled my quote like a champ! He did not know I am a Kansas City Chiefs fan and still gave me that Patrick Mahones deal!! Great way to end my work day. I switched over from a competitor after 10 years, but he and State Farm did in fact save me over 15% or more on car insurance.
Love it! While I was on the phone my co worker heard the discount and is literally making the switch as I type!

I spoke with Peter, regarding a letter I received in the mail. He was very profressional and kind with helping me understand it. Today I went in to see them, and was greeted with a smile, it was Peter. He was very attentive and helped me with everything. I was able to keep my discount with my home and was able to get all my questions answered. Unbelievable agency!!

Peter did a great job explaining the coverages on my new vehicle. Made me feel great and protected by the end of call that I was now educated on my coverage and now I can make sure to utilize all my coverages if I never to. Also gave me a super great rate! I am currently visiting California and did not have my bill information on me so I made a call and Denise Ramirez really helped me out today with the payment information I needed for our policy renewal. She was efficient and quick knowing. I have been with Kathleen for 4 year she does my home auto motorcycle and office property. She is always just a phone call away. She has even intervened in claims that were processed wrong by corporate and gotten them fixed. She really takes the time necessary to make sure it's all right. She has even helped when I've had hard times to keep me insured and legal. Can't say enough about how this office really goes above and beyond.

Whatever you do, don't get insured with these agents!!!! This is by far the worst company I have ever been insured with. Debbie is horrible and lacks customer service skills! When it comes to trying to rectify a situation, please ask for someone else. She made assumptions and for the second time they messed up. The first time I called well in advance informing them of a job change and a need for a different due date. They took me off the auto draft like I asked, notated their system, and then informed me everything was taken care of. I looked up and they still processed the payment. They looked
