Your staff is EXCEPTIONAL! We just moved to the area and I contacted John's Pharmacy in order to move all of our prescriptions over. I thought it was going to be a tedious process... it wasn't. Your staff took our information, assured us they could switch everything over and took it from there. One call and yall handled EVERYTHING. Thank you so much... we are now customers for life.

Great pharmacy. Cost of OTC items comparable to larger store. Pharmacist are easy to deal with and helpful.
Drive thru needs a wee bit of work in helping customers in the order that they arrive at windows.
Specifically I go to the 1st window (furthest to front of building if available). The car behind arrives at middle window and the staff seems to automatically go to the middle window regardless if you have been sitting at first window. They eventually notice you and assist.
So despite this, its a great pharmacy.

The staff is always courteous. Have been satisfied with every aspect of service received at John's Pharmacy.

Pharmacist Greg has to be one of the kindest pharmacist I have ever met! He's knowledgeable plus takes the time out to try to understand what's going on if ever there is issue with your prescription.

We moved to this pharmacy almost a year ago!!!! Its local, convenient, and homegrown.....We have had nothing but issues and the more i complain seems like the worse it gets. The pharmacists are great however; when the staff at the register and windows have no clue we will find somewhere else soon!!!!! We have issues every single month

Literally the worst place to get any prescription filled or refilled, plus it doesn’t make it any better that none of the pharmacy technicians know what the heck you are talking about. WORST PLACE. I’d rather sit and wait on Walgreens for two hours than have to deal with the service here.
