The tire was mangled! It was incapable of moving. Warren's got it fixed pronto and was fairly priced. Everyone was very polite too. It was totally stress free. I couldn't help but sing Warren G's "Regulate' when I was walking there. "But you can't be any geek off the street, you gotta be handy with the steel."

Wow, these guys are wonderful. I came in today to get my tires changed from winter to summer, to find that my summer tires were too worn out to put on. While they gave me the option to purchase new tires, they didn't push me or get annoyed when I told them I needed to think about it (I was not expecting to spend 500 dollars today, unfortunately). They were extremely friendly, polite and understanding. Once I can afford my new tires, I will certainly be coming back! Thank you all so much.

I previously went to this business and had a tricky headlight changed by Warren on my old car and happily went back to fix my flat tire this Sunday morning after that experience years ago. Unfortunately, I took my business elsewhere this morning because the cashier told me the wait would be over an hour. I asked him if I could go home and come back and he said no, it's first-come-first-served. When I asked him if someone could at least look at it and let me know whether I needed a new tire or if it could be plugged/patched he said I would have to wait there the full hour before that happened

Took my car here to have a flat tire fixed. I chose this place specifically because it had an unusually high Yelp rating, and I was not disappointed. They answered their phone quickly, got me in immediately, did a great job of repairing the tire and even put the spare and the jack perfectly back in place. Total $25. Well done, thanks!

The service was affordable and quick, which makes it hard to ask for more.
Two reasons for a 3:
1. I got the report back about my car and it needed a cabin filter replacement. Would have been nice if they offered to replace the cabin filter (I would have been willing to pay for it) rather than waiting for me to learn about it after I have left. Now I need to return for the replacement or do it myself.
2. The person helping me behind the desk was awkward and kind of rude.
I'd go back, but not there are definitely things that could be improved.

Clean shop, courteous techs, friendly front desk. All good signs of a well ran shop. Warren him self came out and greeted me. Spoke on the phone with him before so the drop-off was seem less. They replaced my 2012 Toyota Tundra CV Axel and cleaned all the grease from the previous boot. The after result is spotless! I wished I had taken a before picture. Great shops are hard to come by! And I'm glad I found Warren!

I contacted Warren's Shell to ask about some car work/maintenance I needed to do. Warren was very responsive in all my messages to him. I dropped my car off that morning and within 2 hours they called me to let me know the work that was needed. They were very fair in their prices and I really liked the work they did on my car. After picking it back up, it's been driving so much better. I'm definitely going to go here from now on with any car work I needed. Thank you again and you have a customer for life.

This is an outstanding place to take your car for service. I have a 2007 Saab which can often be complicated or expensive to fix. Neither is the case at Warren's. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. My car needed a part from Sweden and they had it in less than a week. Also, you can drop off or pick up your car anytime from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. - that is a huge selling point for me. I'll never take my cars anywhere else for service.

One of the best repair shop experiences I've ever had. Warren runs an honest and upstanding business - trust me, you won't go wrong taking your car here. The shop always seems full and he seems to have many repeat customers. Get there at drop off your car at 8am in order to make sure that you're seen. However, the earlier rise is worth it. Since it's connected to a manned shell station, there is a lot of flexibility in pick up/drop off (between 6am and 11pm).

I changed a set of four tires and had oil change at Warren's Shell. Great service and nice people here! Definitely where you should go for auto service. Warren magically fixed something I don't know the name of, that was awesome! I think I will come here for gas even the price is higher than other places, just to say hi to folks here. :)

Having not been in need of auto service til now since moving this way, I had no clue who to use in the region to check out my Honda Accord. So I went to Yelp to search and saw Warren Shell was by a near landslide head & shoulders above the rest. My initial instincts were to continue looking for a repair shop over a gas station but after seeing not one review less than 5 stars, it became a no-brainer where to go. The fact one of the individuals I am caregiver for had in the past taken his car here when he was driving reinforced my decision, not to mention it was walking distance away.

This review from me is long overdue. I absolutely LOVE Warren's Shell -- they're trustworthy, repairs are on point & very reasonably priced, & the customer service is impeccable. There have been a few times when I thought I'd need a costly repair, or even a repair that's inconvenient, like my recent issue with having a screw in one of my tires that I thought was contributing to a leak. Rather than have me drop it off, Warren (the owner, he's always there) had me pull the car up until he saw the screw in one tire. He pried it out & sprayed water on it to test

I had a 2000 Taurus go through a rough patch, needing repairs seemingly every few months. This shop was so efficient, communicative, and convenient (located near the Dempster purple line stop).
Warren and all of his staff took the time to really listen when I came in with an issue, which was many times as the car was quite the lemon! I can't say I was particularly excited to be on first name basis with a mechanic, but if it had to happen I'm happy it was Warren!
I'd recommend this shop even if you live in the city, as the service was so great, and the purple line is walking distance

Another five-star experience at Warren's Shell. I have a Lexus sedan and yesterday the check engine light went on. Rather than take it into the dealership, get a loaner and spend the day waiting for the results, I called Warren. In A few minutes he had identified the problem and simply reset the sensor.
He also called the Lexus dealership and verified that the car was still under warranty so that if the problem recurs I know they will fix it at no charge.
Wow. Saved me time and money. That was easy.
