We’ve been with Axis almost 2 years now and overall are quite pleased, especially with our fellow Chattanooga Security Staff and for sure our area manager.
Axis is great for a part time gig or for retiree’s as well. Lately there have been assignments galore and we know of several folks who are able to work 5-7 days a week regularly . Great feature is you can work when ( and where ) you want to. My wife and I have worked in Louisville, Ky as well as Nashville, Knoxville, Pelham, McMinnville and of course , mostly in Chattanooga.
The pay is fair i and the flexibility to choose to apply for

I was denied my camelback which I have brought into 10+ nectar events. My boyfriend got the same one in. The security guard, when I defended myself, said “I don’t have to let you in.” She started searching everyone and didn’t pat me down. When I went to go walk by her, she yelled at me. And I said, “Just pat me down!” Because she was ignoring me on purpose.
I had to carry my credit cards, money, chapstick, EVERYTHING in my hands. I had no pockets. I was wearing a baggy shirt, short shorts, and boots. I was sober. I was doing nothing suspicious and was searched for 5+ minutes.

I have been working with this company for over 3 years. I have worked many events in many different states. The staff, for the most part, are top notch. The supervisors I work with do a great job of weeding out the slackers who just want to see a free show. I have been in this business for over 20 years and these folks are the best. NO DOUBT!!!

I worked 57 hours at LockN' music festival and was only paid 330$ at first. the company tried to avoid paying employees for an entire day. females definitely receive preferential treatment. we were promised AC in our camping, but ended up without. 2 nights were too impossibly hot to sleep. we were promised 3 meals a day, but never received more than 2. always breakfast burritos and always pizza when you get off. cool, but no where near the nutritional demands of 12-15 hour standing shifts in the heat. info sheets dont go out until after you accept an assignment, very asinine. i was "let go" after
