Mr. Leffler has been in business for many many years. His sublime and exquisite taste in Antique furniture is like no other. Defiantly a pioneer in his trade. I can't believe I had never heard of this place before. I would say that this is one of Toledo's secret little gems, tucked away in an old storefront on Central Avenue. The antiques in here are pricey, but unique, in good condition. Perusing through here is like visiting a museum. Great place.

The worst buying experience on eBay occurred in my attempt to buy a rug that Leffler's Antique was peddling via their eBay store.
In late December, I spent a week on eBay going through 400 carpets (all 9x12) and found the one I like which happened to be what some person called Mr. Leffler had in some warehouse in Ohio (he sells via eBay and via his own shop).
So after going through some q&a by phone with his shop to clarify the rug photo quality they uploaded and confirming the features of the semi-antique rug with the nice employee ladies in the shop, I decided to buy this 9x12 Persian rug.

You never know what treasures you will find when stopping into Leffler’s! It’s always on my “must do” list when in the area.

This place is a hidden treasure in Toledo. It looks unassuming from the outside, but there is room after room of cool antiques. The rooms were laid out well, not too crowded. We came home with two great treasures.

This store is beautiful & has many impeccable examples of classic pieces from all over the world. It's a family run business & the whole family is professional and great to work with. I always stop in when I'm in town.

Bought some framed prints on a recent Saturday afternoon. Chuck went out of his way to be helpful, taking us to another site to look at hundreds of choices. There are some very nice items in the store so stop in and look around!

If I could give negative stars I would. This unethical business had items listed on EBay, accepted our "Buy Now" payment , processed our credit card and later said they had sold items in their store and would process a refund. A reputable store would be aware of items that are sold and remove them from EBay, or at least NOT accept payment. The offer of a $50 credit to a store I do not trust, nor want to do business with is worthless!

Shopping in Toledo is becoming one of my favorites. This place had so much too look at and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Fell in love with a Baker chair and they take layaway. Guess who got a new chair. Recommend you visit here.

Bought an antique signed 100 year-old Miller slag lamp over the phone.
They cleaned it before shipping and assured me it is in very good condition. It is in amazing condition and even better looking than the photos. Nothing broken. Phew!
The lamp is very fragile due to the glass shade. The packed the shade and base in two separate boxes. And when I opened up the box with the shade I saw another box inside. So they double-boxed the shade and put a layer of styrofoam and packing material between the two boxes. Wow!

I visited the store today they have a selection like no other shop in NW Ohio. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of furniture and lighting. The Baker furniture was in great condition and they worked with me on the pricing. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for fine quality and fair priced items.
