Dave’s shop has always treated me well when I’ve been in the shop for repairs, and my bike keeps putting on healthy miles. In fact they make it worth the extra drive ( 2hrs for me) to skip by other options. My bike fixes have been quality and timely repairs. It’s a great family LBS. I also like how much they support the local cyclists with group rides and support. What a great place when looking for a bike or repairs.

Great customer service. Carol helped me and after asking some great questions she narrowed my search down to two bikes that would work for my girlfriend and all I had to do was go get my girlfriend and let her choose. This was a great shopping experience and I will recommend Dave's Bike Shop over any other shop I visited and wish I would have stopped at Dave's first to save time. Dave is amazing! His customer service is almost as impressive as his knowledge for bikes. He is very friendly, approachable, patient and helpful. If he doesn't have what you're looking for or the right bike for you, he orders it for you. He also has an extensive used bike selection and tons of helpful tips, tricks and places to go :) 10/10 will go again for any of our biking needs

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to get my yeti in tip top shape. With a damaged part and a trip to southern Utah Dave and his mechanics helped me get the part and put all back together with time to spare. This is what every bike shop feel like!

We were going to Heise Hot Springs from Salt Lake City, UT and our sons bike had an issue with his rim. Dave looked at it right away and fixed the issue and even fixed his back brakes.

All I wanted was to have a wheel trued up. Dropped off a bike wheel to be straightened out. Said it would only take a day. Took them a week and when I got home and put it on the bike it's like they never even touched it! It wasn't even that out of straight when I dropped it off. Just a slight wobble but would hit the fenders on the bike when spun. Seriously if you want your wheel rims straightened don't go here. And you call yourself a bike shop?

My in-laws live in the Idaho Falls area and wanted to ship me a used bike trailer (to Chicago). Unfortunately after looking everywhere we couldn't find a box. Luckily I called Dave's Bike Shop to see if they had something that might work out with my set dimensions. Not only did they construct a box to fit but they packed the trailer and shipped it to me. I was not expecting packing and shipping options when I called, but Karol was so nice and informative that I had my Father in law drop it off within the week and I paid for the reasonably affordable services over the phone. It arrived

What a gem of a bike shop, this is what all local bike shops should be like. And it is a family business rooted in the community. It doesn't matter if your looking for your child's first bike, a road bike that you could win the tour de france on, or a mountain bike. Dave has a huge selection. More important they know how to fix and assemble bikes and will treat you like family . You can't go wrong with this store.

Dave’s Bike Shop is one of my favorite local shops. My wife and I have bought a bunch of bikes from Dave, and have been happy with every one. This is a bikers bike shop, not a corporate one-the owner and staff are riders and are in the business to share their love of the sport. I can’t recommend them more strongly, great store.

I had a few hours to kill in Idaho Falls and needed some new bibs and a few random items. Figured I'd kill two birds with one stone and headed to the Bike Shop sign.
A pretty typical LBS in terms of inventory, but nothing bad about that. Same with prices, I wasn't shocked at the prices of anything.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
