BKH utilizes proven and highly experience individuals to deliver the outstanding and personalized service expected by our clients. Generally our consultants have served at a Controller's level at a minimum or as a managing/supervisory auditor for a Big 4 or a government agency, while many of our team members have served as a CFO, CEO or COO.
For companies already doing business with the government, we look for ways to minimize risks and maintain compliance. We aid companies in all aspects of regulatory compliance - FAR, SOX, SEC and ISO Certifications. BKH offers full proposal support to clients from IDIQ to sole-sourced responses. Our clients are active in almost every branch of Government including HHS, HUD, State, DoD, DoE, DoC and DoI and their associated agencies.
The BKH team worked closely with me in connection with BearingPoint, Inc.'s negotiation of a number of challenging and technically complex contracting-related matters with the U.S. federal government. With the benefit of their substantial experience and expertise, we were able to eliminate over a billion dollars in potential claims against BearingPoint.
