Walt, at Gem State Realty, took on an incredibly complicated, large scale listing for us. He stuck with us through difficult decision making efforts, helped secure additional support to get our properties in shape to sell, and was a consummate professional when we sought his guidance (he was also right, every time). Every closing went like clockwork. We're extremely happy with the results, and I'm almost sorry I don't have anything left to sell!

Kevin Faria is highly knowledgeable about the many different facets of home buying and selling. He is a resource of information and is very familiar with the Magic Valley area. Second, I hope Ellis forgives me for not sending this review, such as it is, sooner.
I called Ellis over a year ago, after I had received one of his flyers in the mail in which he listed property in Jerome, Idaho. Anyway, we stayed in touch frequently to discuss the potential sale of my house in Jerome. I got to know Ellis and consider him not only my realtor but a good friend. Once the decision was made to sell the house, Ellis took charge. He knew the best craftsmen to make sure upgrades

Working with Gem State Realtor Shellien Gilliland was a wonderful experience from finding our dream real estate to closing! Because we live in Washington State our first meeting was a Zoom conference, which went very well. Shellien was on top of every process, document and detail and made purchasing our lot in Twin Falls County a very pleasant experience. Shellien photographed and videoed our selected lot, coordinated the setting of boundary stakes and guided us through the agreement and costs, appraisal and title transactions in a highly professional manner.
