The history of Eye Wear Unlimited began with 2 brothers who shared one vision in mind, helping people see. Since that time Eye Wear Unlimited has grown in size and scope of services to become Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama's leading provider of eye care and vision care. We currently provide a wide variety of services, which include lense crafting, contact lenses, a wide selection of frames to choose from.
Proper eye care is important for people of all ages and regular eye exams are encouraged for everyone, but especially for those already using glasses or contact lenses. Your vision plays a vital role in your life each and every day, which is why it is so important to take the right steps for maintaining good eye health.
We sell the latest styles of fashionable frames, with cheap prices that won't break your budget. Our eye glass frames carry a 1 year warranty or 1 time replacement unless stated otherwise. We offer eye glass frame adjustments and minor repair at no charge, even if you purchased your eye glasses somewhere else.
New patients keep our business growing, so we are always proud to offer high quality optometry services to our patients. We understand that your first visit to the eye doctor can feel overwhelming and we try to accommodate all new patients with a comfortable and organized facility. Our goal is to cover everything you need with a full and efficient assessment, but without waiting to see the doctor.
On average, we recommend scheduling an appointment once every two years to ensure your eyes are remaining healthy. If you have been diagnosed with an eye condition, however, we recommend scheduling an appointment once or twice a year depending on the severity. During your appointment, we will review your patient history, visual acuity, perform preliminary tests, and evaluate your eyes' overall health.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal!!!!! Best experience ever with getting an eye exam and glasses and I've been doing this for a long time! The people there were extremely helpful and quite literally made me feel that I was more than just a customer! Customer Service was A1 I must first point out:) The whole process from the exam to choosing my frames to picking up my glasses the EXACT same day was simply AMAZING! I will start off by saying that the staff and doctor at this business seems to be decent, but there's another issue to be aware of. The eye exam I received here was a terrible experience for me. Not only did they make a mistake and I had to wait to receive my glasses, but there was an issue with them as well! I paid for glasses here which didn't work out for me because of faulty lens. To make things worse, the lady sprayed something on then before i put them on and it irritated my eyes a bit. I would suggest to anyone to please purchase your glasses online if you are hip to it because it's cheaper

Right after the Covid hit my Son broke his frame on his glasses. The original eye place we was going to had closed and wasn't opening back up for awhile. we was referred here from a friend, & the staff was amazing! they got him right him, did a eye exam on him, & had him pick out a new pair. they had his glasses ready within two hours. took NO time at all. we have been going here ever since then. love the whole entire staff. They made my 5 year old son, & myself feel very welcomed. they also have AMAZING prices.

I have gone to this Eye Clinic the entire 10 years I've lived in Columbus, Ga and my daughters and I have always been treated nicely. The young lady who fitted my daughter's glasses today was exceptionally rude and condescending to my 14 year old daughter. My family and I will take our money and business elsewhere.

I want to thank all of the staff, specifically Jordan and Rusty, for their patience with me. I had an old pair of glasses that needed to be replaced, but I did not like any of the frames I was seeing at any of the other optical shops in town (and trust me, I visited them all....every single one on Google). This place is amazing! My insurance wouldn’t cover another eye exam until January and i really needed one. The price at this place is amazing. The customer service is exceptional and the doctor actually tries to make a connection with his patients. I got my glasses an hour after doing my eye exam and they’re perfect!!! Will come back here every time.
