DO NOT!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY REQUIRE REDICULOUS DEPOSITS UP FRONT 22,000 TO BE EXACT WITH NO INTENTION OF RETURNING UNUSED PORTION WHEN YOUR CONTRACT ENDS. THEY OWE MY BOYFRIEND ALMOST 15,000 BACK FROM DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT REFUND. ALOT OF STALL TACTICS. THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN BUSINESS. MY BOYFRIENDS MOTHER HAD 2… CAREGIVERS. ONE WAS AWESOME THE OTHER USELESS. THE AWESOME ONE CALLED ME WHEN THEY DID NOT PAY HER IN A TIMELY FASHION TO SEE IF I COULD DO SOMETHING. WHEN THEY DID FINALLY PAY HER THE CHECK BOUNCED. Was a nightmare getting reimbursement owed to my mother after my father passed away. Excuse after excuse! Nauseating, sugary sweet promise after promise that, “the check’s in the mail.” What a sham! Good Hands has been caring for our mother for over a year. An aging parent can become compatible to your child. We trust Good Hands. Her care giver (Azlyn) is like a granddaughter to our mom regarding the love she shows towards mom. They Pick her up from dialysis, bring her home safe, prepare lunch, minor shopping & cleaning. Most important mom feels safe and we feel secure knowing she has a caregiver that really cares.

I recommend a their same day hourly services. They fast and friendly. Charise was super helpful and resourceful and she taught me something new! Educated me thoroughly about the Ronald McDonald Foundation and how the offered great solutions to help me pay for care. Definitely a God send that id use over and over again and highly recommend.

Good Hands in Home Care has been voted as the #1 Agency in Solano County for a reason. They give folks 4 hours of free care to assist when they cannot afford care. They come out on short notice and even put up with irate family members with class and grace. I wouldn't want to have any other agency caring for my loved ones except Good Hands.

Horrible service! Charise is extremely unprofessional and has poor client management skills. The stress of have an ailing loved one was increased by using Good Hands. We continually had workers not show up and when we brought it to Charise attention she became defensive. Thank you Good Hands for the stress you caused me and my parents by your unprofessional services.

This is a ccompany who will really go to bat for you in the time of need. THe caregivers stayed all night at the hospital with my Aunt while she underwent testing as I was driving from Portland, OR. Didn't charge us a dime of overtime. This is just a group of dedicated folks who really care about the people they serve. They aren't perfect. But they are willing to go the extra mile!

This company is dishonest. We have been trying to get back money this company overcharged us for months. ( over $8.000) They continue to lie, telling us they would credit back the money we are owed. Months have pass without them refunding the money back.
(By the way, they only received 1 Star, only because it wouldn’t post without hitting a star).

We are so grateful to find Good Hands in Home Care. The price is uniquely wonderful, because the care giver gets the majority of the hourly rate instead of an even higher price for overhead and management. Blessings to a group of People that are such a kind support for my mother with Alzheimers ... which becomes a family with Alzheimers as her health effects each and every one of us.
