Lewis Excavation is owned and operated by Neil Lewis. He has been operating heavy equipment for as long as he can remember. He started doing excavation for his fathers business when he was 12 and has been doing it ever since! He has done all phases of excavation work including commercial and residential projects.

Our services provided include complete site development such as home sites, drive ways, underground utilities, land clearing, and many other related services. With over 30 years experience in commercial and residential site development, we do a wide variety of excavation services. Lewis Excavation serves the Treasure Valley around Boise Idaho as well as Eastern Oregon.
We offer complete site development from the ground up. Starting with clearing your site to installing your drive way. We also cut in the home site, trench for underground utilities and install septic systems. We will have your site ready for concrete without having to bring in several different contractors to complete each aspect of your ground work.
Sewer connections for your home or business are required whenever building your structure where a typical septic system cannot be installed. If you are planning on tying into the existing system where your property is located, there are several steps you need to follow. Most new residential sewer services in the city of Boise are done using 4" PVC or 4" ABS sewer pipe.
We are licensed bonded and insured to do Complex and Standard Septic Systems in the state of Idaho. Also called On-Site Wastewater system, septic systems are installed mostly in rural areas where no municipal system exists. Septic systems usually consist of a concrete tank and underground drainfield to dispose of wastewater on-site.
