I had a terrible stay for 5 day it was the worst motel I’ve ever been to there were spiders everywhere and it was not very clean. The internet didn’t work and service wasn’t to good ether form being about 2 miles out of town. It was extremely loud all the time there was banging on the wall all 5 days I stayed and it never stopped not even at night so it was hard to sleep without music. Cops are always there and people are always arguing in the rooms next to you. I will say that the staff was nice though that’s the only good thing about this place. I would definitely recommend the Presque

The motel is very old. The rooms are dated but that's ok if your only wanting a night or two to stay. Reason for this is if your looking to save money then their rates are half of down town Presque isle. .you have microwave fridge. Tv . it's clean just older.
But for your money .down town is $120.00 to 130.00 and here it's $65.00 plus tac a night.
I was content.

Owners were arguing and slamming doors early in the morning. During a 4 day stay no one came to offer clean towels or bedding, our trash piled up because there was no dumpster or garbage bin outside and no staff came to clear it.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. There was a live cockroach in our bathroom, dead bugs under our pillow and in our bed, a swarm of fruit flies and other bugs in the window sill, and weird smells coming from the air conditioner. We didn't even stay for more than an hour because it was so gross. We went to get a refund, which we did, but not until after the owner told us there was nothing he could do about the bugs, and last I checked, that's a serious health code violation.

Cheapest place for weekly. Nice people but don't expect anything to be kept up. Broken light base. Told the owner and it was still not replaced 3 weeks later when I left. Toilet sticks, outdated shower. It's from the 50's. Plastic accordion door that doesn't shut on either side. Got bit by something every night I was there. Bed is rock hard.... if they put just a little bit of money to update our world be nicer.
