My wife and I sold our home to our youngest son and downsized to a townhouse on June 21, 2021. We were recommended to Premium Moving by my sister-in-law who used their service to move to St. James, NC. We previously used them to move to Raleigh, NC in 2016 but on our return when Covid hit we used our five sons. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Then when we sold our home it was a no brainer - Premium Moving Inc!!! Premium moving did a fantastic job moving me. I had just started Chemo and was very weak. Their guys, Louis and Ray, went out of their way to make sure that everything was put where I needed it. Their concern was wonderful. Nothing was damaged. They even made sure that the wires my t.v.'s were right with the units. My only complaint was that only two guys were sent with the truck. They were unpacking from 10 in the morning to 10 at night. Be prepared for a very long day.

We had a new treadmill delivered and was unable to move the deck up into our FROG without injuring ourselves or damaging our home. We called around and Judy was able to send 2 movers out the same day. They called when on their way and arrived on time. Shocker, because that rarely happens. Ty and Anthony came with masks on and very polite. No damage to our home, they clearly knew what they were doing. Recommended on Nextdoor also. Thank you!

This was our first out-of-state move. We were SUPER impressed. We had everything packed and ready to go, but they took the time to shrink wrap everything to ensure a smooth move. Charles and the crew were extremely professional, communicating during the entire process. The price was well below our expectations- they should charge more! The movers broke my desk into pieces including the legs. They didn't report it and when I did they were nice on the phone then in text messages were very rude and lied repeatedly. When I asked her name and if she was the owner several times she would not give it to me. I have never had a business be so disrespectful. We paid over $800 to have them move us less than 15 miles away. Not even a "sorry."

Well I had to move some material from N Myrtle Beach ,SC to Atlanta, GA. Called Premium Moving, once again , and they were as great as they were the last time .

No stars. Have to say used them twice first time great job. No problems whatsoever. Second time owner nice and all set in order until he had other things to do and allowed "his employees" handle my furniture who in turn had no regard whatsoever for my furniture or anything else that I put in storage until relocating. Owner promised he'd come and… look when I was ready to move and he would pay for any damage. it's been a year so I scheduled a move again he couldn't come again which I understand family is most important. But attitude is as well. Needless to say he's not a man of his word and

We live in St. James in Southport and Premium Moving is the best bet in here. They moved up in a rain storm and got NOTHING wet. They got wet, but, none of our items got wet. They are nice, respectful and honest... What more could you ask? Pricing was perfect. We would use them again and recommend them often. Beth

The guys that came to move me were terrific!!! My complaint with this company is that they did not estimate the cost of my move correctly. They quote you much lower than the actual final cost. I had other quotes from moving companies that I could have chosen to stay within my budget. Then I was told by the owner after it was all said & done that I should have gotten a written estimate. First time I ever heard a written estimate was available. This is not a good way to conduct a business & I will not be referring them to anyone.
