Dr. Priya Chougule was inspired by her childhood dentist to pursue dentistry. She achieved her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from India in 2001. Dr. Chougule received her D.M.D degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2007. I was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC. I attended York Technical College.
A dental cleaning is a professional cleaning you receive from a dentist or dental hygienist. Most dental cleanings take only between 25 and 30 minutes. We use small cameras about the size of a pen, called intraoral cameras, to help clearly see the condition of your teeth and gums. With this advanced technology we can zoom in on small diseased areas, cracks, chips and worn metal fillings with extreme precision. The full-color images taken with the intraoral camera are sent to a computer screen so we can clearly see and diagnose dental problems much earlier than with traditional dental technology.

Went to this office for the first time when we moved to the area. Very friendly and beautiful office. However, they told me I needed a crown on a back tooth and three fillings totaling $2,500. I walk up to the desk to take care of my copay then they expect me to just go ahead and schedule this work and pay my 50%.
Decided to have them send me the x-rays and get a second opinion. The other dentist office said I did NOT need a crown and just one filling on a different tooth. 3 years and 6 dentist visits later (at multiple different offices) I still do not have any pain or require a crown. No other

I found this dentist. I had just moved to the area. I called asked them if they except my insurance. They said they did. I came in for an appointment. They were nice and friendly. I had a cavity so they told me I had to come back to have it filled. Ok, so I made another appointment. I came back and they never asked me what I wanted to fill my teeth with, suddenly I'm in the chair and they said "pass me the composite." Composite?!?! I only want porcelain in my teeth. Please be FULLY aware this practice does NOT accept Blue Cross Blue Shield SC PEBA insurance. This was not told to me when I made appointments or before receiving services. I wasn't made aware until I had to foot an over $100 per person bill for simple dental cleanings.
Initially our bill included services for my son that he did not receive. Also, my husband was told that his teeth were full of cavities that other dentists cannot seem to find.
I know it may come across as petty to some, but I think that others should be forewarned about them not accepting one of the bigger insurances in

I visited Southlake Family Dentistry of Fort Mill on Wednesday 1/10/2018 and I left very impressed with the practice. The administrative and hygienist team were very polite and got me back to a room quickly (being a new patient I expected a longer check in process). The office was nice and didn't feel industrial (like some I've been in) and I felt thought the amount of time spent by my dental hygienist (Julie) and dentist (Dr. Sloan) was appropriate and that they answered all of my questions to satisfaction.

I moved down to the south side of Charlotte a year ago. I was looking for a new dentist and got turned away from a few full clinics. My coworker recommended Southlake because it's been her dentist for many years and I can see why. My experiences here have been the absolute best.
I had my old dentist forward over my dental records and it all went smoothly. I don't have any dental issues (thank god) to complain about coming over to this new clinic. So really my experience has been for the 6 month cleanings so far. They have 7:20 AM slots open on some weekdays which means I can get into

I cannot say enough positive things about Southlake Dentistry! I had a situation which was urgent, though not emergency, and Dr. Finley made the time see me....all in a moment's notice!

I have been going here off and on since I was a freshman in college. My mom loves this place and the staff is great.
They really care about their patience and they take the time out to make sure you get everything that you need.
I recently had a minor chip in my front tooth and Dr. Solan was able to fix it for me and my teeth look beautiful once again.
I went back to get me teeth cleaned a few days later and while all there new technology found many unpleasant and expensive situations in my mouth, that was a good visit as well.
I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
