Lisa Chappell was our realtor and became our friend during the process. She was always attentive to what we were looking for, to our availability, and to our concerns. Once we found a property, Lisa patiently but persistently worked through some difficult circumstances to get us to closing on time. A couple of matters were to be taken care of by the Seller after we closed. Lisa continued to follow up on those after closing until they were resolved. This is our 3rd time working with Tyre Realty Group. In both of our previous experiences we received best in class service, and this time was no exception. We absolutely loved working with Stephanie Dizon at Tyre. She was more than helpful when we moved into town. She showed me a bunch of places and wasn't satisfied until I was. Michael Pichan was a FANTASTIC realtor and a true blessing to me! I met him one day when we (my parents and I) were just riding around a new construction neighborhood and saw an open house sign. Homer Tyre & his "group" are too big for their britches. They take their business for granted and just assume they will always have people to work with. Wrong. They could care less about their customers and definitely don't go out of their way to serve. As a seller that had to move before our house sold, Tyre Realty made it very difficult for inspectors and others to get access to our house, which held up our closing. The house was vacant!
