If you need an Experienced Orlando Family Law and Divorce Lawyer then contact us today. We provide services in Orange County, Seminole County, Lake County, Osceola County and throughout Central Florida. Issues of Divorce and Family Law are extremely complicated. In no other area of law will the outcome be more significant and have such long lasting effects on clients and their families.
In the state of Florida, the legal term for divorce is Dissolution of Marriage. Whatever name is used, it can be an extremely difficult time for the parties and children involved. Mr. Luther understands that negotiating a fair and reasonable settlement is the best way to avoid the tremendous financial and emotional costs of a contested divorce.
Collaborative law is the process of resolving family law disputes through amicable means. Both parties are represented by counsel and agree that they will not go to court while they work toward reaching an agreement. All relevant information will be voluntarily disclosed as the parties engage in an open and honest exchange of information.
The first consideration in the division of property during a dissolution of marriage is to define what is marital and what is non-marital. Generally, most assets acquired by either party during the marriage with marital earnings, regardless of how the property is titled, will be a marital asset. Most assets owned prior to the marriage or received through inheritance will be a non-marital asset.

I used Wade for my divorce case a year ago. He was very responsive and confident. We had to go to court a few times and he really presented well. He won the three hearings that we had. My ex-wife saw the writing on the wall and became a lot more reasonable. We ended up settling the case before trial. I was very happy with the results and Wade's handling of my case. I definitely would recommend him.

Wade Luther, my attorney several years ago represented me during a complicated divorce. He has mastered the art of billing his clients and seemed afraid of the court. His standard answer when asked about the potential outcome of a court decision, he replied that it all depends on the mood of the judge. Really, that is what I am paying for? The mood of a judge. His unwillingness to dig into the details of the financial aspects of my divorce was disturbing. He recommended a forensic CPA to investigate my claims. He was very good but a bit expensive. The CPA, after months of investigation, confirmed

Mr. Luther represented me in my divorce and did a fantastic job. He was patient in answering all of my questions and was very responsive in responding to me. We went to court on a few issues and he did a great job. I ended up settling with my husband prior to the final trial. I know it is because my husband knew that he was out matched and did not want to go to court. I highly recommend him!!!

I hired Wade when I needed to modify and enforce my custody order. My ex-wife was not following the agreement and trying to poison my children against me. From the beginning I knew that I had made a good choice. Wade was relentless with my ex. If she was late disclosing anything that was required, he immediately filed a motion and got her to comply. She was trying to delay as she did not want to face the judge. Wade did not let her get away with anything. After the trial my custody was changed to me having a lot more time. Wade did a great job showing the judge all of the things that she was doing

Horrible experience. Was trying to divorce my psychotic and abusive husband who moved back to New England to live with his parents. I get a laughably small amount of child support monthly, my ex husband who beat our son has six weeks in the summer with him, every spring break, second week of winter break and every other Thanksgiving. I gave back a very expensive heirloom ring and got nothing in return, I specifically signed paperwork that had a whole section on my ex husband paying for our sons braces, and somehow that section is missing. You’d think I had hired some kind of discount or charity

My friend referred me to Wade Luther for my divorce after he represented her during her divorce. She was very happy with him as I was too. From the beginning he took time to explain the process to me. I was very anxious about the process especially as it related to my children. He explained how the law works and explained to me what evidence we would need to go to court. He always took my call or called me back within a few hours. In the end I was able to settle my case with my ex under terms that I was happy with. I have already referred Mr. Luther to a friend of mine and I would use him again

I used Wade as my attorney for my divorce. He is a fantastic lawyer and I am very glad that I used him. My husband owed a business and was trying to hide business assets and income. Wade was able to track down all of the information and prove that he was lying. Right before trial, my ex got nervous because of the information that we had and made a good settlement offer. If you need a great divorce lawyer I highly recommend Wade!

Wade P. Luther stood by my side from day one. He's been my attorney for over 5 years in my custody case. His advice and guidance were paramount in my case. We ended up going to trial on a motion to modify our original agreement. I was extremely comfortable with trusting his advice and thoughts. He represented me with respect, and firmness. We were victorious in receiving a favorable modification. Without his bearings I don't know if it would have turned out the same. He went above and beyond on advising, and guiding me to be a good co-parent. Wade gives advice as if it were his own children he
