He approaches each case as an investigation to determine the facts and analyze the behavior of involved law enforcement.
Drug crime charges in South Carolina are numerous, to say the least. If you are convicted of possessing, distributing, manufacturing, or trafficking drugs, you will find yourself in serious legal trouble. Regardless of the circumstances, you have protections under the Constitution to which you are entitled.
Everyone knows it's illegal to drive drunk, but people make mistakes and there is a very fine line between responsible imbibing and overdoing it. DUI laws are intended to discourage drunk driving and prevent accidents, and as such, the penalties for breaking them can be very harsh. Richard Warder has been representing clients accused of DUI for over four decades and knows what to look for to obtain the outcome you want.
The state of South Carolina defines murder as "the killing of any person with malice aforethought, either express or implied." That means the prosecutor must prove you knew your actions would result in the death of the victim and that you carried out the action anyway. The express or implied portion means that you either explicitly intended to cause death, or you realized that death could reasonably occur as a result of your actions.

I would suggest not hiring this man as your lawyer. He has no fight in him and seems as if he is not capable of his job. When you pay a lawyer to defend you, you do not expect them to put their tail between their legs and stagger off. You expect that lawyer to fight for you. Not one time that I met him did I see any fight in him. I’m sure he is probably a nice guy in general, but what’s the point in working as a lawyer if you cant do your best to fight for your clients? Waste of money. You will probably do better representing yourself!

I wouldn't advise spending any money with this man his secretary is very rude out spoken over the phone. Apparently he puts in no work for his clients. If ur option is warder or public defender. Save ur money an go with the defender. Maybe in his young days he was decent but now. It's time to retire Richard 25 years ago. He's old an so is his technique of having things ur way in court. I lost a friendship with a buddy that had sent me there !

Mr. Warder, Tina is absolutely the most professional paralegal I've had the pleasure of dealing with and wanted to share my experience. Most people are quick to complain but, while working with Tina over the last several months anytime I call and she is in the office has never once failed to take time answer my questions. Her follow through skills are exceptional and should be recognized for that. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to highly recommend your firm. Keep up the good fight, Stuart
