After a breakdown of our A/C on a Saturday during a heat wave, I contacted four companies for help. The only one who responded was Daniel at Polar Heating and Air. He arrived Monday morning and had the unit running in a matter of minutes. Impressed by his response, we decided to replace our 15+ year old HVAC system. Daniel's knowledgeable crew installed the new equipment ahead of schedule. We had one minor problem after the work was completed, and the crew came back out after the city inspection was done and resolved the problem in less than 30 minutes. Charlie was extremely helpful and informative! We had a recurring issue with our condensate line and within an hour he had not only diagnosed and mitigated the issue, he also installed a pump to improve the overall soundness of our system. We now have peace of mind and our AC is working like new! We highly recommend Polar for all of your HVAC needs!

We had an AC issue, and Charlie fixed the problem. 30 mins later after Charlie left, an unrelated problem appeared, and, thanks to Hope, he came right back and fixed it with no extra charge. My home warranty people sent a guy out to repair and "tune up" my ac. Scheduled 9:30-11. They call me at 7:50 and tell me he's on his way. Have to wake my son up and wait for him. He's at my house for 5 minutes, looks like he just rolled out of bed, said I need a new thermostat and a tune up, says he cant do anything today to fix it. Said he's "not there to fix or clean anything just there to look.....No repairs, nothing done said the Thermostat is too complicated and he has to go to the next one..Never again

Charlie was our serviceman and he was excellent from start to finish! We have recently purchased a house in Boise and we were having trouble with our house warming up. We easily and quickly got an appointment and he came out to evaluate the problem. Our heat pump was freezing up. It turned out to be a bit complicated to figure out the issue but Charlie did! He also suggested that two of our ducts were not installed properly and that air flow was being constricted so he personally came back and replaced and reinstalled two ducts. And he was right. Now the heat comes out beautifully! I can’t say
