My name is Shannon Hauck, I have been an Esthetician since 2003. I have always loved helping others look and feel their best, so in August of 2019 I took a leap of faith and purchased Selah Skincare from my childhood friend Mandy and I haven't looked back since! My job is not only providing facial treatments and sending you on your way, it is getting to know you and your skin.

Sugaring is a specialized hair removal method created to remove hair by applying sugar paste to the skin in the opposite direction of hair growth then removing in the natural direction of hair growth. This technique is an effective, more gentle approach to removing hair without causing trauma to your skin.
Every facial is personalized to accommodate your skins individual needs. This facial starts with skin analysis followed by a treatment plan that best suits your skincare needs. Your facial will include Deep cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, extractions (if needed) facial & Scalp massage, steamed towels, face mask, moisturizer and sunscreen.

Shannon! Where have you been all my life? You're like a needle in a haystack. You're extraordinary, talented and budget friendly. I have blemishes, discoloration, sensitive and oily skin and in a few sessions, I notice my skin is improving. She really cleans your skin and works to repair it. I love her skin line also. Best skincare specialist EVER!! If more estheticians were like Mandy, it would be a better world. She truly cares for each and every client, and their specific needs. She will not do something just to do it. I have had the facials, nose hair plucking, and beard treatments to get all the yuck out :-) If you're looking for a skincare genius, look no further than Selah Skincare. Inquired about services, and was sent to the website. I only sent her an email so I could ask specific questions to ensure that she would be able to help. To surprise I got no response and it’s been 3 months. I reached out by phone and she was very short and has rude tone to her voice. To me if you want to make a good impression, especially in the Selah area this is not a good start! I have mentioned this to several coworkers who were very interested as it’s walking distance from our work, they have decided to utilize out of the way salons and spas due to the nature of her behavior.

Absolutely the best of the best. Mandy, has changed my skin ten fold. I have chronic dry skin and premature aging signs were starting to show. I have been going to her monthly for the past four months and the difference is significant. She keeps her prices affordable, the quality is top notch, and doesn’t rush through your service at all. Not only do i recommend Mandy, but i recommend the monthly membership. So happy she’s in Yakima Valley.
