Sps Tire Pros

Stopped by for an emissions test since it was that time of year again and my local DEKRA was closed. One individual at SPS Tire Pros completes the tests and there wasn't an option for me to schedule an appointment with them, so I went on down one morning in hopes of being squeezed in. The front desk was cordial and checked me in but neglected to inform me of how long it would be. I waited around 1.5 hours before I got my car back. Thankfully there was a waiting area but it was tucked around some tires and signs. Overall, a nice place to get an emissions test done.

I stopped at SPS on my way to pick up my child at Greenwood and they were friendly, helpful, expedient and affordable. They also offered to top off my oil at 5,000 for free! AND they quoted me far lower than a similar location for sensors! I will DEFINITELY be back. Great location for Greenwood parents too! It's within walking distance of pick-up.

Went in for a flat repair. (Nail). They looked at the wrong tire and told me I need new tires. Horrible service. Rusty and Steve very dishonest people. (Update flat fixed at different shop free of charge a simple patch. Thx for wasting my time. )

Wr have been coming to SPS for years.. Rusty is so helpful and trustworthy. A great place to go for your auto needs without guessing if its the best place for the job.

The shop was great. Very professional. They even diagnosed the noise on my car that 2 previous shops couldn't.

My experience at SPS was excellent. They were able to service me promptly, and I also had my 4 kids and dog with me. Their waiting area inside was nice and they provide free fountain drinks while you wait.
I'm from Indiana and unfamiliar with the area, I needed my car towed to a mechanic and asked around for a suggestion. The place I called couldn't even see my vehicle for 3 weeks if I had it towed there! SPS told me they could help me so I had it towed there. Our tow truck driver said he brings a lot of cars here and had heard good things about them.
They were able to take care of my vehicle

Rusty is one of the best there. He got me right in and told me what it was going to cost to fix my A/C and had it done very fast. They are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend SPS for all of you maniacal needs.

Rusty was AWESOME!!!!!! The dealership I got my car referred me to SPS to fix my A/C. The other places couldn't get me in for a week and as hit as it's been I needed it fixed soon. So I called and Rusty got me in two hours later and I was in and out in less then 45 mins. These guys were professionals and treated me as such. So They won my business from the get go. So thank you Rusty and the wonderful guy who's name I don't have who worked on my 2015 Trax but I thank you as well.

Scheduled an alignment online, I went in at my scheduled time only to be told they can't do alignments today (Thursday), any other day, just not today. I was told the service appointment was confused with a price quote? A small confusion I could understand, but there was absolutely no attempt to make it right, didn't try to reschedule me, didn't offer a discount, nothing. I was given a dismissive apology and immediately shifted their attention to another customer. I will not be back.

I realized that I needed 4 new tires and set out trying to find something good and reasonably priced. The dealership was $1,000 or more.
Then a friend told me about SPS TIRE PROS. I called in and talked with Andrew who was friendly and helpful and said that they would be able to work me in that day. The price I was told was way better than I thought.
It took them an hour and a half, that includes a phone call about my alignment being a little off. They didn’t just assume I would say yes but wanted to make sure it was something I wanted which of course I did to help extend the life of my tires

The guys there do you clearly know their stuff I go there every other month to get an oil change and they're pretty awesome and pretty keen about everything and I definitely recommend going to the tire shop if you're in town for driving trailer and using oil change or tire rotation or tire change I definitely recommend heading up to the shop! I genuinely trust the guys there and they're work!

Went above and beyond to find me a engine and installed it in less than a week during the holidays! Paid exactly what was quoted!

I came in here three weeks ago with a low tire. The tire was only 6 months old. These clowns tried to charge me for two NEW tires I did not need, an alignment and more, totalling almost $500!! I immediately left and went to Goodyear on Washington St. They plugged the tire for $10. Run, do not walk away from these scam artists!!

i ordered tires from tirebuyer.com to be delivered here. i called SPS, talked to Rusty...who said my tires were there. hmmm, that's odd Rusty, they shipped much quicker than tirebuyer's estimate. i called tirebuyer, and guess what? my tires had not shipped yet. i hate lying scumbags Rusty. would their stock tires have been fine? who knows? maybe, maybe not. you really don't know, when you're dealing with liars Rusty. sometimes, it's just about the principle. tirebuyer.com was great, switched the delivery to an honest competitor. Great service. Great prices. Friendly. Even let my dog come in and hang out. Wish I had found these guys a long time ago. Picked up a nail and went to see them today 11/23/16. Fixed flat. Rotated tires. No charge. All good

I have used them to service/repair around 100 cars with my business, and they have been top notch. Service is great, they get them in and out efficiently and if an issue ever does arise, they handle it. No questions asked.

This place ripped me off. They charged me $80 to do a computerized compression test on my car and they had no record of it in their computers. They handed me a piece of paper that said "4th cylinder dead" in handwriting. I told them that was, what was wrong with it when i took it in. I have no proof they actually did it to my car, but they wouldn't release my car until i had paid the bill in full. They were rude to me when i said i wanted my money back since they had no print out or proof, and they lost my keys and took forever to find them. I wrote a letter to the Better Business

Our Ford 350 dually was bouncing at low speed and shimming at high speed, we thought it needed the tires balanced. Luckily they found that one of the rear tires had a bulge and needed replacing. A mistake was on my billing and they were quick to respond to error and correct the problem. They are courteous and helpful. The truck now runs smooth ...no bounce or shake at all. I've gone to SPS American Car Care Center twice now and had two bad experiences. The first time I went for a safety and emissions inspection. They guy said my tires were awful and I needed all new tires and an alignment. But he passed me on the safety....I looked at my tires later and all I really needed was to rotate and balance my tires.

The second time I went for an oil change. Everything seemed fine, but for my next oil change I went to Jiffy Lube and they said I was two quarts low! My car is relatively new and does not have an oil leak or burn oil. The only conclusion was SPS did
