Bob Haynes of Marlborough MA was married and had three children. A childhood friend came to him and asked him if he would be interested in a job drilling wells in NH. He accepted and went to work for A. E. Dionne, Inc. in Pelham NH. Eventually Al Dionne left the area and moved to Wyoming. Bob and his friend Don started a new company, what is now known as Northeast Water Wells Inc in 1966.
Water wells are a great natural source of water especially in Massachusetts and NH. Water Wells are also commonly known as rock wells or drilled wells, Artesian Wells, Dug Wells, Pounded wells and point wells. Northeast Water Wells drills 6",7" & 8" air/ mud rotary drilled wells. There are two main sources of water available today; wells and the public water supply.
If your water supply is inconsistent, not providing adequate volume, or your well has gone dry, well deepening may be your solution. Northeast Water Wells Inc provides water well service: deepening and remediation in Massachusetts and New Hampshire to affordably revitalize your well. By deepening your well you can enjoy increased flow, storage capacity and consistency at a fraction of the cost of digging a new well.
A Variable frequency drive (VFD) is not new to the well industry however in the last ten year's they are becoming more prevalent in use under residential applications. Variable Frequency Drives are equated with the term constant pressure because that is one of its main functions is supplying the home with a constant pressure feed.
Water wells are a great source of water for irrigation purposes. In terms of well design; they do not differentiate much from their residential counterpart. When Designing an Irrigation water well system it's important to take into consideration the design of the actual irrigation system. If you are currently working with a design specialist for the system then it's important to find out what the flow requirements are for the system.

Critical: Responsiveness
I have tried to contact Northeast Water Wells, inc several times. The first was on June 3, then again June 10. Today is the 15, and I still have not been contacted. I understand they are in season and most likely very busy. But to not recieve a call back or an email letting me know. Is not very good customer service.

I called Northeast Water Wells on a Sunday when our well stopped working. My message was returned in about 10 minutes by the on-call service tech Nick. We setup an appointment and he was on site and found the problem just a few hours after I called. It was fixed and working about 2 hours after that.
Over all the service met all my expectations and Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys are awesome. Was a weekend morning (as usual) and noticed a leak coming from my well tank line. Called for service and Cliff said Justin would give a ring. 15 minutes later Justin called, asked for pics and then said he would be down.
He texted when he was leaving to come and was there right about 1 hour later (the exact timing of the entire drive). Justin was great (polite and professional)...looked it over and discussed options and decided I needed a new tank. Only problem was I had company coming for the upcoming weekend and couldn't afford to wait to the following week

These guys are awesome, had them out a few years ago to deepen our well, they came out quick and got us the water we needed. Just recently we had a crack in our water line due to construction activity from building our new addition. So I called Cliff and he sent Justin down to assess and confirm there was a leak. Justin set us up with an above ground connection to the well to maintain water inside the house, and two days later Justin was back, got the hole dug out, repaired the pipe, and dropped in our new pump (not an upsell either on their part, I planned to upgrade the pump before the leak
