Mike, the installer was fantastic! Personable, polite, professional and considerate. He even confirmed bad feelings I had of a previous installation with another company.
The scheduling with the calibration of my sensor was WRONG! And made me want to only give 1 STAR as I've lost nearly $400 in personal revenue and 3 meetings had to be cancelled due to their error.
Not to mention I've been tied to my home all morning, waiting for the calibration. 😖
I was told 9AM-"noon", but it is 1:32PM and I am still waiting for them to arrive! They were; "... told 12-3"!
How do I get THAT money and time

They left all the broken glass inside the door, and broke the rubber door stopper. They spent maybe 15 minutes on my car. When I asked both the company and the technician why the left all the glass, they said it couldn’t be removed. I then watched one YouTube video and took my door panel off and removed 6 bolts and cleaned out all the glass myself. I suggest doing it yourself or using a more reputable company.

So I called this place in the morning and they ensured me that they would come out between 2pm-6pm and insisted to collect the money up front. I told them most places I called they don’t collect money up front even though they insisted that they only put it in as an authorization to make sure funds are available. That’s turned out to be fault but that’s a whole different story. Anyways they called back couple hours later and said parts wasn’t available so they have to reschedule till Monday and today is Friday. The person installing the window was nice and everything look good. Glass was installed but next day as I was driving I saw a crack on windshield. Prior to crack i could here a noise like water dropping on the glass as i drive.
When I contact same day winshield, I was told that a rock had hit my winshield and they could see the point of impact on the new glass cause they ask me to send them pictures of the glass.
Not sure if it was a cheap glass or what, In my 15 years of driving so far, I never had a new glass being crack in one day.
For the life of me, I would not recommend that company.

I GET BACK IN MY CAR & I SEE👀 A WHOLE CRACK FROM TOP TO BOTTOM ON MY WINDSHIELD🤔
NOW I DID HAVE A SMALL CRACK ON THE BOTTOM OF MY WINDSHIELD ALREADY, SO I'M THINKING FROM THAT PRESSURE OF THE WATER WHEN IT WENT THROUGH THEIR MACHINE TO CLEAN MY CAR IS WHAT SLIT IT RIGHT ON UP THE GLASS.
