These guys were THE BEST! I dont live in Poky and so I needed to get some last minute birthday shopping done for some fanily that does. These guys were so friendly and they accommodated 3 orders with time sensitive deliveries on the same day! The recipients were IN LOVE with their beautiful bouquets! I had order an arrangement online and when i received the picture from the person who got the flowers it was not what i had ordered. The roses where different and the container wasnt close to what i had purchased online. I had picked what i had picked because it was different the vase was square unlike other vases and the flowers were stacked in layers not in a bushel the flowers that was delivered were in a round vase like all other vases and only part of the flowers were stacked like the picture and the roses were different. When i called the shop to complain i was told oh we are sorry we didnt

I have never written a review before, but had a great experience with A & J Floral Designs. I live in AZ and needed to order flowers for a friend in the Pocatello area. I talked to a kind man on the phone and he was so helpful. The pictures of the arrangement that they put together were absolutely stunning. My friend couldn’t get over how beautiful they were! Excellent service and very friendly staff! They did everything they could to make the passing of my Dad as easy as it could be for the flowers. We where given great advice, on how to achieve the look we wanted and it turned out so amazing. Great prices and they went out of there way to make everything just what we wanted. We were looking for a reliable florist with reasonable prices. This was my first time ordering flowers and I needed the flowers delivered the next day for my Aunts funeral. The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I live on the east coast so I wouldn’t be in attendance. The flowers arrived as promised and I feel grateful for A and J keeping their word.
