In 2003 our company started importing natural stone travertine tile directly from overseas quarries and factories and distributing the product across the United States to major distribution centers located in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, Miami, Dallas and Houston, Texas.
During the Great Recession of 2008-09, since the founders of the company had already lived in Houston for over 30 years, they decided to focus on becoming a regional distributor in Texas and the surrounding border states.In 2009 a 5,000 SF warehouse was opened in Houston and by 2014 the company utilized a 90,000 SF facility.

Natural Stone countertops are forged by nature. Thus, they are unique because no two Granite, Marble, or Quartzite slabs look exactly the same. This product requires very little maintenance and will provide the homeowner with a very beautiful product that should last a lifetime. They have the best customer service ever ! I needed another piece of porcelain and they were completely out but Nancy and Eric both told me not to fear that they would do their best to locate one for me and sure enough they did !!!!! I selected our master shower floor tile and also our pool coping and decking at Earth stone tile division. I have been working with Esmeralda. She has been excellent to work with . She is dependable, knowledgeable, patient, returns calls and does what she says she is going to do. We have been to many tile stores and I have not experience this level of service. I would highly recommend Esmeralda at Earth Stone tile division. In fact our builder really liked her too! He mentioned he would use them again and really liked Esmeralda's customer service. I even told our pool company who is building

Bad service starts from the top in which case would be the owner Masoud Ladjevardian. Definitely not a business man or someone who would know anything about customer service.
I bought a few slaps of stone and during installation one was cracked and when I went to purchase another one he was asking twice the amount i had originally paid, claiming that he gave me the wrong stone to begin with and i have to pay the higher price due to their mistakes !!
He delayed my construction work by a week trying to decide whether or not he would honor his original price. He actually sent two of his managers

Poor customer service. We were customers of a retail business who uses Earth Stone as their supplier. We went there to select a granite slab. Initially passed around to different employees and received vague directions to the area where slabs were located. After making the selection and ensuring what we thought was the identifying information, we received a call from the retailer telling us they could not find out slab. Ultimately, the job was completed with the granite selection we wanted, but going there was a waste of our time.

I was looking for prefab granite countertops and backsplash. I was very impressed with the selection. I was especially impressed with Martha Barrera. She spent so much time helping us and advising us. We were from Livingston so she knew we didn't want to make more than one trip. I can say enough about the customer service that Martha provided. Earth Stone is a wonderful place to go for granite and other stones.
