At an early age, Peck started his uphill climb in renovating an old house in Milford. He then went on to specialize in the rehabilitation of beach cottages on the Milford shoreline. And was credited with the revitalization of the tri-beach area of the city. Peck continued to rehab small buildings and sell residential properties as a licensed agent.

Arnold Peck was a delight to work with to negotiate a very difficult sale. He had the ultimate in patience to deal with a long process to put the sale together dealing with 4 siblings that needed time to get back each step of the way.
