Tater tots are good plain. Was going to use ketchup but they don't need it. Fried perfectly and melt in your mouth. Chicken is seasoned perfectly. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Honey mustard compliments the sandwich perfectly. Two types of cheese. The brioche bun is amazing. It was toasted and buttered. Bacon stays crispy here. Coffee is always good. Todays flavor was hazelnut and cherry. They switch it up all the time. Just the right amount of food. I was full but couldn't stop eating. Like always.

Had the Greek Omelette and it was very good and pretty big, service was great. They did a nice job even though I heard mention they were short staffed. The English Muffin bread was ok might choose one of their other many options next time. But nice to have choices, my wife's raisin bread was better.

Manager was a Packers fan tell him Go Pack if you are as well.

Great food and fast, friendly service! Unfortunately the restaurant is not clean at all. I understand it is very busy during breakfast/lunch time but they should make after hours cleanliness a bigger priority! The dust and grease is long over due for a deep clean.

This restaurant is very special for my husband and I. We used to come here nearly every weekend when we lived in Grand Rapids.
We just visited again this morning with some first-time-visit friends, and the food, as well as the staff, were just as wonderful as we remembered.
The menu options have changed slightly since our last visit last year, but the staples are fantastic and you can never go wrong with an omelette or a skillet.
I highly recommend this restaurant anytime you want some great breakfast food and coffee and friendly service that truly makes you feel welcome!

Place was packed at 1030am and we still received our food in less than 10 minutes (probably closer to 5 minutes). Wait staff very friendly and southwest skillet was fantastic. Breakfast for two was a reasonable $23

Great place to have breakfast or lunch, my family has breakfast here at least once a month. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. The pricing is where it good for the amount of food you receive. There is a wait at times, so that speaks for itself!

Easy access in suburban strip mall (easy parking), but don't let the nondescript location affect expectations. Breakfast is excellent- cakey pancakes, crispy hashbrowns. Staff is quick on the draw with coffee refills. It's not great coffee, but fits the ambience and pairs well with the stolid, high quality grub. Signs entering the restaurant asked for patience due to staffing challenges, but the team was prompt, friendly, and checked in often. Portions are generous but not quantity over quality ridiculous.

Solid food and quick service. Enjoyed my breakfast burrito and coffee was good. Took a little time to get sat initially, but again once sat and ordered, the food came quick. Pretty busy when we were there as well.

My favorite meal of the day is breakfast. And therefore I think I have hit every breakfast restaurant in West Michigan. Red geranium is easily in the top 10%. I would rank it almost equal to my all-time favorite Real Food Cafe. Like Real Food Cafe, Red Geranium is locally owned and operated with large portions of well prepared food and a professional staff that has usually been there for many many years. Check it out I think that you will love it.

There was about a 20 minute wait on a Sunday (which is reasonable) and once we got in our food arrived so fast and was delicious! Very reasonably priced and I can't say enough good things about the pancakes and sausage patties!

Walked in this morning 10:05. It took be 10 minutes for waitress to come to our table and take out order. At 10 :45 we walked out.. no food... Poor service.. no explanation. Asked to talk to the manager, but he/ she was to busy in the kitchen to talk to us. Poached eggs take 1 minute... You can get breakfast food anywhere.

The Eggs Benedicts are absolutely phenomenal!! The one in the picture is the Hiker's Benedict with American fries and bacon on them! They make their own from scratch hollandaise sauce which is fantastic! They definitely know what they're doing here for breakfast foods! One of my favorite breakfast places!

Secondly time going here and not disappointed! My husband and I were here on Tuesday this week while in the area for a medical appointment. We were here in the morning for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito and he ordered the sausage gravy omelette. Highly recommend! Our server, DeMario, was awesome as well. Service was slow but the food out beats that! Prices are a bit elevated but you receive huge servings that are delicious.

A place we frequent for breakfast and lunch. Service is always good, the waits are typically reasonable and they move people fairly well. The food is always consistently delicious! I've never had any issues with an order or with the food not tasting exactly as I remembered from the last visit. All of the omelets are fairly big so go very hungry!

Great menu, lots of options. No need to ala carte. Prices were fair. Table options were great and the hi back booths gave great privacy. Food was delicious, portions were great. Try the homemade jam, you won't be sorry.

Today I ordered the veggie eggs Benedict with home /American fries and was disappointed. The egg was supposed to be poached but the yolk was not runny. The home fries were dry and lacked seasoning. I didn’t finish my meal.
We (party of 3) arrived at 11:15 am and were seated right away which was appreciated during the restaurants peak hours (according to google). The restaurant didn’t look clean. The floors had food on them and felt slippery. The menus had syrup and other food stuck to them. Our seats were damp because they had just wiped those down. I frequently dine at the Byron Center location

We were very satisfied with this restaurant. Menu had several items that sounded great and the choice was hard but I went with the Pig Pill Skillet. It had bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes and sausage gravy.... the wife picked the Egg Benedict and wanted her eggs medium well... both items came out quick and was exactly like we asked. Plenty of food on both our plates.

Kim did a great job taking care of us!!

When we get back to Grand Rapids we will be stopping by again.. Thanks!!

Nice, friendly staff upon arrival. Nice hometown atmosphere, and the options for food are nice. I got the California skillet, and was pretty pleased overall. After the addition of ketchup and sour cream (weird combo I know), the dish really came together. Alittle bland without adding any sauces. I got the cinnamon bread to go, and that was a nice treat! Very sweet frosting, which is much needed to help balance the buterriness of the bread itself. Cool experience overall

This being my first breakfast joint, it was amazing. Wow... We came bright and early on a Saturday morning and our waitress was very friendly and kind. She was patient while we kept on trying to decide on what to get. I really don't recall what me nor my friend got. But it was both delicious! That's all I can say! I'll definitely be back soon. All locations are equally as good I hear! Great food, great service.

Good food, slow service :/. I felt like they tried, but we waited over 20 min for breakfasts on a Wednesday morning at 8:30???
When food finally came it was pretty good, all except my daughter's egg sandwich. Bread was over toasted and mehhhh!
Don't come here if you're in a rush.

We've only been for breakfast on the weekends, during which time the place is always packed. We often randomly get the booth by the door, where the patrons stand while waiting, which makes for an awkward experience of strangers' backsides in our faces while eating. The service is quick, portions are ample, and flavor is true to diner form. Prices very reasonable.

Honestly this is like any other basic moms and pops restaurant, but the thing thing about this place is that the customer service is really good!

I got their strawberry waffle and it was okay. It kinda reminded me of eggo waffles... I also got an order of sugar bread and that was REALLY good! So I definitely recommend getting that.

I would probably come back here for a quick meal with family and friends when we don't feel like cooking.

The ambiance is very open with lots of light. It has an open kitchen so you can watch your meal being cooked.

I ordered the grandpa stein ($8). This consists of 2 eggs (scrambled), potato (american fries), meat (sausage patties), and toast (english muffin toast). The meal was very good. The american fries were the best part.

The waitress was very friendly.

Overall I give 4 stars. The food was good, but nothing uniquely special. Will I be back? Yes the place is defiantly above average.
