Services
Kiersten graduated with a B.A. in Spanish and Chemistry from Pacific Union College in 2011. She quickly opened a short-term independent living facility for patients at Loma Linda Hospital under going proton therapy treatments. In 2015, after interviewing and visiting multiple assisted living facilities for her grandfather, she knew there was a dire need for well-run, beautiful RCFE facilities.
To provide our residents with compassionate care, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. To provide a unique experience in a family style home like setting in which we, ourselves, would envision living. To exceed expectations everyday. We cherish honesty, compassion, stewardship, respect, and joy in all our relationships and we strive to incorporate these values into daily life at Hamilton Home.
When we reach the stage of our life when we need a little more help, it should never be seen as a bad thing. In fact, in most cases it is the beginning of a whole new set of memories, laughs and smiles. Hamilton Home prides itself in providing the highest level of care and resident life. We are different from most facilities as we are a mid-sized facilities with only 18 residents.
We pride ourselves in creating healthy menu's for our residents. By working with Grove Menu's, each of our weekly meal plans are approved by a licensed dietician. While most of our meals are vegetarian, we can provide some meat substitutes for those residents who desire it. As we are a small facility, we can cater our menu's to the liking of our current residents.
Family Council is comprised of families and friends of the residents who meet with the purpose of welcoming and informing other families, exploring concerns, sharing ideas, acting on issues, and communicating effectively within Hamilton Home. The Family Council is committed to monitoring and increasing the well-being of all residents.

Best place I could find. This place was built with seniors in mind, combining caregiving with clean and homey environment. Caregivers have been excellent, and the administrative team are capable, helpful, and kind. The Home is right next to a park. Seniors have opportunities to socialize, play music, do crafts, exercise, and play with Rusty and Pepper (dogs). They responded to covid-19 with proper measures to ensure the safety of everyone. Before covid they had family potlucks every month and special celebrations from time to time. Now, they are holding whatever events they can, given that they

What an AMAZING experience! It's so rare to find this type of a community. This particular community is more of a person centered care home. It's not so large that your loved one won't get the attention they need ( THEY WILL
) but it's also big enough for your loved one to build loving relationships with the residents and wonderful staff. If that's what you're looking for this is the place for you.

My mother became a resident of Hamilton Home after falling and breaking a hip in January. We were so blessed to have her placed at Hamilton Home. Kiersten Vance has created a compassionate-caring atmosphere for all of her residents. Kiersten has surrounded herself with a wonderful staff and I have found each and every staff member to be patient, attentive and kind. There are truly not enough kind words for this amazing home.

Finding Hamilton Home was an answer to prayer! My mom has been living here for a year now and I cannot recommend it more highly. The staff is so caring and so gentle with my mom. They care so much about the families as well. Kiersten, the owner, is so hands-on and involved. She stayed up with my mom most of the night when she wasn't feeling well. They have so many activities for the residents and a monthly potluck for the families. It is such a special place and I'm so grateful for Hamilton.
