They always take such good care of me — not that I need that service much. Still, they go above and beyond to make sure the insurance is correct. They replaced my tail light two weeks before my appointment just to ensure I was driving legally, and to my surprise went ahead and popped out my bumper so it didn’t look so bad. I’ve always been pleased with their work and their professionalism.

I can’t express just how good the customer service was at Larry Meadows. We had an accident on the I24 bridge while on a cross country road trip. They handled EVERYTHING with excellence. The tow, transportation, estimate, storage, and a lockout. Seriously, if it could go wrong on this trip it did and these folks were AMAZING. As an out of town insurance agent myself, I would say that it couldn’t have been handled any better. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for taking such good care of us!

We live in Indiana and hit a deer 🦌 while in Kentucky. State Farm, our insurance company, (not the deer's), referred us to a few places. We were told Larry Meadows was THE BEST. They did an amazing job! Family owned and operated business. Great customer service, friendly, our car looks like brand new. Highly recommend. First class body shop.

Not sure yet fixin my Truck but they are nice people. OK follow up got my truck back yesterday they did a great job. Looks really nice for the work they had to do. They are really nice people hopefully I dont have another accident but If I do they will do the work. Thanks guys
