To ensure our customers get the best solutions, we make it a priority to learn about products, best practices and the larger energy efficiency industry continuously. This ongoing training extends from our management and sales people to our project managers and installation crews. Lighting is the largest line item in any commercial electricity bill, accounting for about 32% of total electric energy costs. You can have immediate impact in cost reduction switching to energy efficient lighting. New technology and rising energy costs have made these upgrades and retrofits pay back more rapidly today than ever before.
Our goals during the initial meeting are to introduce Lighting Services, Inc. and perform a needs/opportunity assessment. A facility-wide lighting system survey may be performed the same day as the initial meeting, or at a later date. Depending on the size and type of facility, one or more Lighting Services representatives may perform the audit.
There are a wide variety of federal, state and utility tax deductions and incentive programs available to make your financial payback on lighting upgrades and retrofits even more rapid.
