Anca Tchelebi-Moscatello, M.D. became interested in beauty, aesthetics, and anti-aging therapies while in her teens. Physician Ana Aslan, a family friend in Dr. Tchelebi-Moscatello's home country of Romania, founded the world's first institute of Gerontology for the prevention and treatment of the effects of aging.

"PARK AVENUE" Nothing about this place is "Park Avenue" quality. I worked and visited many great medical spas/plastic surgeons in NYC.
Pretty place, ample parking but inconsistent information from staff and physician. Doesn't feel like an organized business. The doctor appears to strong arm the workers to push for sales. They really don't have a true passion for skin care or your concerns, the bottom line for this place is the $$$ at whatever cost.
Advise to you owner, be honest to your customers and they would likely spend $$$ and be a returning customer. This is the key to a successful business

I am a fairly new client of the spa and will continue to be one for many years to come. The kindness, professionalism and knowledge of the staff were above expectations. The treatments were with a gentle hand and in a serene setting. I recommend this spa without reservation and the feeling I have when I leave is priceless. Walk in and STRUT out! I feel gorgeous! Park Avenue Medical Spa is extraordinary. Dr. Tchelebi is extremely knowledgeable, a consummate professional, kind, caring and attentive. She follows up frequently, is always available for any questions, and my friends and I have had unprecedented care from her for many years. Her team is equally delightful, professional and knowledgeable. The fees are entirely fair for the extraordinary care received. I would recommend Park Avenue Medical spa to everyone! I have been a customer for over 15 years.... I believe my skin looks the way it does because of the Dr and facials I get quarterly. I am always getting comments on how young I look. Would never go anywhere else... They treat you for your needs and they never just push treatments or products on you that you do not need. Everything is customized for you!

After getting reliable advice, I made an appointment for Botox ; treatment I have had many times in NYC. I met with the doctor for less than 2 minutes and she did injections .
She then passed me off to an esthetician who tried to sell me an $800 treatment .
The service was so impersonal. The price was much less than I’m used to , but I would never go back . When I got an email for promotions, I asked to not get more because of my experience . I got an “I’m sorry” and that’s it.
Very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for .

Consistently great! I go frequently for facials and massage therapy. I bring my teenage son for teen facials too. They never dissapoint. Recently, I tried a new massage therapist there named Latoya. She was remarkably good! I booked another appointment with her instantly. Even the administrative staff are amazing....all of them. I highly recommend PAMS!
