Kit's creative energy is the driving force behind the video shown in all Visible Changes salons and fashion shows. Kit has been a member of the Visible Changes family since 1993 and a member of the Artistic Team since 1995. His artistic talent is put to great use in selecting the music for our fashion shows and creating video backdrops for Visible Changes events.
Salon Chemical Specialists have completed the Visible Changes Chemical Services training program and have been tested by a supervising Chemical Department trainer. Master Chemical Specialists at Visible Changes salons have a minimum of two years of experience exclusively in chemical services with Visible Changes.
Haircutters are fully licensed by the State of Texas and have completed the Visible Changes Haircutting Skills training program. This rigorous course takes six to nine months to complete and each candidate must pass a final examination as a demonstration of his or her abilities. The second step in the Visible Changes world, Senior Cutters have performed a minimum of 7,000 haircuts and are requested by 50% of the clients they see.

Called to make appt. and let salon know we would be donating my teenager's hair. Booked appt. with Sr. Stylist at $40. Upon arrival, the stylist says it will be an additional $25 because that cut would take longer than 30 minutes.
I should have been told about that upcharge when I made the appt. I watched her make two ponytails and cut them off in about 3 minutes minutes.
The stylist washes my kid's hair and then proceeds to cut and carefully measure and then cut and measure repeatedly, which looked like she was just extending the time to ensure it was well over the 30 minute limit

I'm 8 months pregnant and wanted to get my hair cut for the first time in a year before my baby shower. When I scheduled the appointment, I stated I would be getting a cut and requested a senior stylist ($40). Showed up 15 minutes early because I know a shampoo is included before the haircut, was brought back by my hair stylist at my scheduled time for the shampoo. Once we got to the chair for the cut, I let her know that I wanted to get an A-line Bob, which she told me we did not have enough time for. I did the express 2 days ago at this location and these photos were taken after blowout. I paid $120.00 to have my hair exactly the same it was before the express. They said it would remove the frizz and make it stringy after blowout. I did thousands of express treatment before (keratin treatment) and worked all times just not at this place!

I called ahead of time to let them know I was running about 10 minutes late (I got there in about 5) and the receptionist asked if it would be ok to not blow dry my hair after my cut, And I let her know it's fine if she doesn't have enough time to dry my hair.

Ok, I'm getting haircut after color touch up and my stylist Fabian stops cutting my hair to go cut this guys hair. I've never had someone do that to me. I had my appointment. I've been coming to Visible Changes for 27 years. Unfortunately, the best stylist, Orie retired last year and have been coming to Fabianwjo turns out to be quite rude.

MY HAIR IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS! I wanted my hair dyed dark green. They didn't blow dry it after dying it because it was almost closing time and my appointment had already taken 3 1/2 hours! Well once it did dry naturally I looked at it in the mirror. You can see brown hair in spots and blonde hair where they bleached it in others. The green isn't even a consistent color! And no where near the color I asked for! $200 for this?! And the hair dresser said "I'd like to reschedule you in 6 weeks to color it again so it stays green." Uh sorry! But I WONT

I had a wonderful girl wash my hair that was very very nice. And then it came time for the haircut. I was put with a gentleman who has been with the same company for 30 years thinking I would get a really good haircut considering he's the top level they have there. I have been going to Visible Changes for about a year now, and they are the best that you can get for your money. All of the staff are so friendly, and it is super convenient how you can just call in and book an appointment in less than a minute. While at the location (especially in these times of COVID-19) they have taken every precaution possible, it's worth mentioning that they make you wait and check-in outside for your appointment, and every other booth is in use to keep social distancing. All of the stylists and employees are wearing masks and face shields too. I felt safe and received

I had a pretty good experience but overall it wasn't my favorite salon. I really loved the lady who colored my hair as she was personable, sweet, and she did a fantastic job but I was hoping to come out with a few more blonde highlights for the price I was charged. A different man cut my hair and he was not very friendly and he didn't do the best job in my opinion. Overall an okay salon but I was a little underwhelmed with the final product, I felt like I was overcharged for what I got, and they did not even dry or style my hair after it was colored and cut.

Horrible!! If you want to pay $300 and have your hair fried by a MASTER stylist who claimed she had 15 years experience......then go here. I only went in for blonde highlights and came out muddy brown 4 hours later. Absolute nightmare! I had to go back the next day for them to fix it but now my hair is so damaged and fried. Save your money and don't go here. They didn't even a partial refund knowing how horrible my hair looked. The young lady who tried to fix it the next day, felt so bad for me and wouldn't even let me tip her. The one who did the damage, Mari, knew I was upset

I'm so mad! It took me a long time to grow out my hair only to get butchered by Stephanie. She texturized the living crap out of my hair and now it's all raggedy and lifeless. She left the bottom long and stringy and top looked like a bowl. The go by photo has no evidence of texturizing and she DID NOT ASK ME if I wanted texturing she just took it upon herself and did it. I'm furious.
I went back and someone else tried to fix it but there's not much they could do and said I have to let it grow. They had to cut the length in order to take some of the texture out the top so

I came to Visible Changes after a co-worker suggested it because of her great experience.
I made an appointment with a senior stylist not knowing who and got Saul.
He was amazing. By far the best haircut that I have had in years. After 3 years of searching, I finally found a go to stylist!!
The whole process here from the shampoo to haircut to even checking out was wonderful.
Great staff, great attitudes, and great atmosphere.

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews! Even before I step foot in the salon, I had a great experience with the front desk lady (Kiera?) over the phone. I called her THREE different times in one day to set up my account, make an appointment, etc and she was so polite and friendly each time! Then, I scheduled my ombré job with Veronica (thanks to other yelp reviews)and she was outstanding: did my hair EXACTLY how I asked and was so nice to talk with. We used to go here a lot. The last few times have been pretty horrible in just my experience alone. I was at the sink washing my hands and saw an employee in the bathroom with gloves on, come out of a stall after using either 1. Using the restroom 2. Using her phone (both are probably about equally nasty) and she just blew passed the sink and went straight to a customer to wash her hair. Maybe she figured she would kill two birds with one stone and wash her hands and the customers hair and the same time? Gross. All while wearing the same gloves...

... 2 weeks ago I went in light blonde to get " root touch up" came out a dark red head.. I was shocked, cause it had taken time to get to that blonde color, was told to return in 2 weeks to have it redone.. returned was charged 120.00 dollars plus tip to have it half way to what I had plus I have to return to get it closer to what I had .. IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE... why am I paying to get what I had... I can understand paying for what I had come for " A ROOT TOUCH UP"....... I came to visible changes to get an uneven haircut/horribly uneven balayage fixed. Let me say I will never go anywhere else! Veronica and Maricruz are now my hair team. Veronica worked wonders on my horribly colored/damaged hair. I have never had a hair stylist care so much about me or how my hair turned out. The entire time I was there she methodically placed the color and reassured me she could fix it. She is a miracle worker!
