Allied Rent-All is a family-owned and operated business that has been providing equipment rentals and event rentals for our customers in Flint Michigan and surrounding cities of Burton, Flint, Grand Blanc, Flushing, Davison, and Swartz Creek since 1961. We carry a variety of rental items, from construction equipment for contractors and homeowners to party supplies.
For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract. Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Additional usage is prorated per hour based on daily rate/8. Payment is required when item is picked up or reservation is made (excluding open account customers).

If I could rate this business a 0 star I would, after what I just encountered. I was treated like the dirt on the bottom of “Bruce’s” shoe. Do not come here expecting friendly vibes. Never been here before, and after I returned my items I will never return again. Embarrassing way to run a business, especially with how you treat NEW customers. Never thought I would have to write a “bad review” .

Bruce, Larry, Jimmy, and the crew. A number one, good machines good guys good service, good business. Been knowing this guy's for about 55 years now, bought countless machines from them, rented I don't know, pretty much everything :-) they will take care of you in fine fashion. Also they're pretty darn good with advice

I rented a bobcat and excavator from them.they never verbalized that a day is 8 hours..it's only in fine print at the bottom of the page..they also never explained they would keep 85$ in "damage waiver"..so basically they charged me 1000$ instead of 500$..Jim randomly decides who he will charge extra and how much.they have deceptive business practices..and Jim is a liar and extremely disrespectful.Run from this place!!!

I was bummed out, I rented 40 chairs for my mother memorial which I was shown white chairs and they gave me old brown rusted chairs which I had to pick up and drop off and wasn't easy since I live out of town. When I picked them up I had to literally wash them all. They were very dirty and dusty. Drove into town not dressed for washing chairs. Disappointed 🙄

After agreeing to do curbside pick up where they bring the power washer rental out to me during COVID-19 because I’m high-risk they decided to change their mind the day of pick up. We had agreed to it and he had even sent me an email for me to fill out the credit card slip online and sending my drivers license through email so I wouldn’t have to have any contact. Then when calling to extend the rental time he agreed but then told me I had to come in so they could show me how to use it. I don’t appreciate the last minute change and I will definitely never recommend this place or go back

I was a customer when the customer that posted about the tractor and not calling him. They were very rude to him and didn't even want to listen to his compliant. Started talking about him being a sheep farmer and told him to leave his store. It sounded like they made the decision not to let the tractor out the night before. I completed my transaction and will not do business with them again.

I called up Allied to see if they had a wood chipper for rent. It was available and ready for me when I rolled in less than a half hour after I called. They showed me how to run the machine and got it hooked up to my truck. The next day, turning the machine in was a breeze. Allied made me feel welcomed and cared for unlike many other construction retail or rental places.

When doing business with this company, which I do NOT recommend, please be sure to:
1) Take thorough inventory of rented items with an employee prior to walking out the door. Make sure Allied provides you a list of the items/components to be included with the rental and that it is SIGNED by the employee you've witnessed take inventory.
2) NEVER supply them with a blank check for deposit! No matter what they tell you. They should be up front with the deposit amount and it should be reflected on the check. This is a tactic they will use to take advantage of you.
3) If you discover anything missing

CAUTION! Terrible customer service! We rented 100 chairs and only received 98. We trusted their count as they have been in business quite some time. No issues with only receiving 98 chairs. We actually didn't even use all of them. Just wanted extra just "in case". Problems began upon return of the chairs. Couldn't get our deposit back. They insinuated we had the extra chairs and that someone probably threw one in the pool or hid one behind the shed. Don't have a pool, small yard, nothing hidden.
