Looking at the earlier reviews that we depended on when we reserved a spot makes me wonder if the same people run the place. Long story short, it is a dump! WiFi is terrible, weeds up to knee high, Trash and scrap piled up everywhere. Laundromat is filthy and we haven’t even seen the owners in the 3 days we’ve been here!

We stayed here for several months while my husband was working in the area and we loved it. Would definitely stay here again. Yes, there aren't enough washers and dryers for everyone when the park is full, but there are several other options just down the road and the good wifi makes up for it. It is a family owned business and they are good people who will try to accommodate you any way they can.

I would give it zero stars if possible. Just left this place and it is a dump! Trashcans are overflowing, the "manager" always has an excuse as to why they are not on property and the first 2 hook-ups we tried didn't even work. At $40\night this should feel like a 4-star hotel. Their reasoning behind the exorbitant amount is the "oil field boom." Nice to know their principles allow them to cheat a whole bunch of blue collar workers out of their very hard earned money. Not to mention the families that come through in need of some TLC. I know we RV so we can go on budget vacations. If you don't like
