Our 20 year old AC unit went out Monday morning. In the process of finding qualified installers and deciding what we wanted to replace the old unit with we stumbled on McCutcheon Heating and Air. Tom was knowledgeable and helpful. His pricing was transparent - we knew exactly what equipment we were buying. In addition he was able to get our unit installed the next day! The final bill was the same as quoted. He was not the lowest price but it was considerably lower than the first quote (from another company), the workmanship was great, they showed up on time, they clearly knew what they were doing

Big shout out to Tom McCutcheon and his entire team who replaced my old worn out upstairs HVAC unit today. You guys did an amazing job and I say thank you. With all the dishonesty out their with so many service organizations, you guys were transparent and honest. I highly recommend McCutcheon Heating and Air. I realized at 4:45 pm today that the air wasn’t working. When my house hit 76 degrees with numerous cakes in the making I was in panic mode. I immediately started putting out calls to the ones I had completed. I was hoping they would pickup before their cakes melted. Tom was at my house immediately!! He worked to find the problem, and was able to fix the problem! Thank you so much Tom for saving my day!!
